Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kittery

Emily’s place was the perfect getaway for our long weekend in KPT! We loved staying here and look forward to coming back!!

Mark’s place was retro and quaint. It brought back special childhood memories of the house I was raised in back East. We loved our time here. This home is cozy and welcoming and has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Mark provided homemade banana bread and coffee. That was very much appreciated since we didn’t arrive until 11 pm and there were no stores open. The views were very cool and a great place for birdwatching. It’s a short walk to two different beaches and a friendly neighborhood to walk through. Ipswich is a wonderful town with lots of things to see and do. We would definitely like to book this place again. Thanks Mark.

James was an excellent host for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its beautiful surroundings.

Julie was fantastic and always responded in minutes to any questions we had. I love their home manual which is so easy to navigate and has answers for everything. The home is super cozy and the large gas fireplace downstairs was a treat on cooler April mornings. The weather wasn't on our side for 1/2 of short stay, but we had a family olympics inside, using their ping pong table, foosball and connect 4 game. We did get out on kayaks one day - lovely lake, larger than you think! tons of hiking nearby too.

The minute we walked in we felt at home - the house is beautiful and is in a great location - quiet but close to Portsmouth NH for great shopping and restaurants and close to Kittery outlets. The beds were comfortable and the layout perfect. The back yard was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. Heidi was a great communicator - warm and welcoming - like a long lost friend. We will plan another trip to Heidi's house - we loved it so much and are thankful Heidi's family is willing to share it as a home away from home for us

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

My husband and I booked Shannon’s bungalow for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes away from The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. We got to spend time out on the porch after our wedding staring at the stars and we woke up the morning after our wedding to a stunning sunrise over Manchester. Shannon was a pleasure to work with, made her unique venue location easier to find. Thank you Shannon!

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

Ashling was an amazing host. She contacted us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Her space was fantastic and exactly what we needed for a weekend in Groton.

Rhona’s place was in a great location with places nearby and not too far from all of the places we wanted to go. Her home was as described in the pictures and description. For two people it was fairly comfortable, but we weren’t able to get very comfortable in the living room as furniture was too small for us to hang out. There was also no outlet in one of the bedroom, but we were able to find an extension cord that reached the other bedroom. Besides that, the place was great for us to come and go. The owner made our reservation special by providing a gift for my friend’a birthday and breakfast which was very thoughtful!

Maria's house was amazing. Perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Salem. Maria made us feel welcome and was a very responsive host. Would definitely book this place again!

Thanks for everything it was a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Close to the beach for walking to restaurants and for the view.

Matt was a lovely host, and his home was exactly what I needed for an extended stay. Everything was very clean and I very much enjoyed the quietness in the off-season. Matt is super responsive and had an answer to my every question. My only 2 issues were with the A/C/heater unit & the front door lock. The temperature control is a bit finicky and for most of the stay it seemed like it had a mind of its own - good thing I like a cold house😂. The front door lock also gave some me trouble every now and then. After entering the code it would occasionally jam itself while it attempted to disengage the locking mechanism. After 10+ attempts, it would miraculously unlock - pretty annoying when you have groceries in your hand. Parking is free all along the Main Street just outside of Bearskin Neck in the off-season, so that was a huge plus. Thanks, Matt!

We had a great time at Joan’s cozy condo! She made freshly baked goodies upon our arrival, it was delicious! 2 min away from the beach! The location can’t be beat. The only downside was the train, very close to the house, that passes roughly every three hours during week days. If you don’t mind the nose, the place is perfect for a small family, friends and couples. It had different board games, beach toys for kids, foldable beach chairs etc. Overall great place! There was definitely a lot of thought and love put into making this airbnb what it is. All of the little attentions to detail were not lost on my friends and I. I really appreciated all of the color and art for my eyes to feast upon. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I was able to get a response quickly when I sent a pic to make sire my parking was ok. The shower is very spacious and nice. They also include a light continental breakfast.

What a magical space! The photos on the listing don't do it justice. From the moment we entered we were purely enchanted. There are little details in every square inch of the place. We found ourselves wanting to just stay in and soak it all in. So grateful for the kindness and grace of the hosts too!

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

The bed was super cozy, the host was responsive and friendly, and the cats were adorable! I had a nice evening with the host chilling with the cats (and petting and playing with them) while watching TV, and when I stepped out for dinner I found a great place following her recommendations. The breakfast was great! The French toast was delicious, and the timing was perfect - made fresh shortly after I came downstairs, close to the time we’d discussed the day before. Check-in and check-out were simple too.

This is the second time I've stayed with Marsha and Steve and I never wanted to leave! Their home is beautiful and welcoming, as is the island. Can't wait to come back :)

This was our first time staying at the Candlebay Inn and we definitely will be back. Connie was so wonderful and sweet, greeted us at the door—gave us a brief tour and local recommendations. The Daisy Room was super cozy, very clean and quiet. In the morning, home cooked breakfast was delicious, Connie was nice enough to tell us about the backstory of the inn which we really enjoyed. 10/10 recommend!!

I have been to many wonderful B&Bs over the last 40 years (Canada, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, ...) and Brookhirst Farm ranks right at the top. Victoria and George are wonderful hosts. The accommodations are very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very homey. The view is incredible, one you would want to wake up to every morning. Every breakfast was delicious (George's pancakes were perfect). And if that isn't enough dogs are welcome. I will be returning more than once.

Loved having coffee in the sun room! Although we were there for a very short time, it was so nice to have a comfortable, elegant place to stay that wasn't a hotel while we visited town for our daughter's parent's weekend. Would highly recommend to other Brewster parents :) Thank you, Bonnie and Doug!

Dr. Jerr is a very kind and generous host - he provided us with fresh coffee and breakfast snacks each morning during our stay. We loved the location on Cape Elizabeth, close to Portland, and to many beautiful coastal and woodland trail walks. We came home laden with fish, flash frozen from the fish markets in Portland - thank you Dr. Jerr for your recommendation. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Dr. Jerr for exploring the stunning Maine coast and hope to find ourselves back on Cape Elizabeth again next year. Tom & Gillian Hamilton

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!
