Monthly Rentals in Kita City

I stayed here for a month on a solo trip to Tokyo and had a great stay. The apartment was a good size for me and had everything I needed for a longer stay. It's in a great location about 15 minutes walk to Komagome JR station which is on the Yamanote line so you can get wherever you need to go. There's a small supermarket next to the apartment and a great laundromat 2 minutes away so very convenient. Ana is a great host and gave some good suggestions of things to do while in Tokyo. I asked her about getting a lamp for the apartment, because the overhead light was too bright on a night, and she immediately ordered one to be delivered to the flat which made a big difference. I'd definitely stay here again and am sad to leave!

I stayed here for about 3 weeks and I would absolutely stay here again. the trains are a little loud but they never woke me up in the night. I really can't complain because Oji Station is like a 6 minute walk away, and the JK line is the best line I think. Ueno park is technically walkable. incredible place for the price!! the kitchen, bathroom and laundry machine were all great! the heater/air conditioning was very nice.

Hitomi and Taka was wonderful hosts! They checked in with my fiance and I during our week and a half stay and the place definitely felt like home! Nested away on the quiet streets of Japan but also close enough to walk to the JR lines which basically goes everywhere in Tokyo. Super great find and would love to come back next time around!

I was worried because it was my first time using an overseas accommodation, but the photos and descriptions matched the actual place, and the place was really clean, so I was very satisfied. The host was kind, and I was grateful for the detailed explanation at check-in, as well as for the towels I requested. The answers to inquiries during the trip were quick, accurate, and convenient. The accommodation was close to the station, so it was convenient to get around, and the surrounding streets were beautiful, so I was able to finish my trip in a good mood. I definitely want to use it again on my next trip~~
