Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kita City

Tomo is a fantastic host! He is patient and friendly, answering my many questions with politeness. We cannot thank him and his wife enough for being so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is set over two floors with a small restaurant beneath the Airbnb at ground level. This makes it quite spacious and with all the amenities and fully stocked kitchen it is very homely! The heated toilet seat was delightful! The place is very clean and comfortable. We always travel with ear plugs, but the bed and pillows were very cosy and we slept very happily. The location is brilliant for getting up to beat the crowds to local attractions, and there are loads of ‘insta famous’ eating places nearby! Thank you so much again, Tomo!

This was my second time staying at Masa-san’s place, and just like the first time, it was perfect. Masa-san is a kind and responsive host; he met us at the station upon our arrival and helped us carry our luggage. The accommodation is not only clean, spacious, and convenient, but also very well-located; there is a metro station and a konbini (among other amenities) less than a 5-minute walk away. The Yamanote Line is easily accessible via the metro. I hope I can return during my next stay in Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality, Masa-san.

We had a wonderful stay at ELRIC 3rd for our family of 4. The location was very peaceful on a lovely walking street with lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get to Hatagaya station ~5 min walk and it was a nice small local station, not too busy. The apartment had plenty of room and all the amenities you would require. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing to wake up to every morning!!

Toori was a great host, we were 5 adults and made great use of the spacious accommodation (sleeping, eating). We particularly liked the nearby train station, supermarket and stores.

The K-Family were great and friendly hosts. They went above and beyond and they helped made our stay better. The airbnb was very cozy in a quiet neighborhood. It’s in a nice area with quick access to the other parts of Tokyo by train. Would book with them again! 😄

From beginning to end, Ayu made you feel right at home! This location is conveniently located near the Nerima and Sakuradai stations, which both host subway lines that aren’t crowded at these destinations. The furniture layout utilizes the house to the best of its abilities and doesn’t make you feel cramped! Finally, Ayu is one of the most affable and friendliest hosts I’ve met! Ayu didn’t hesitate to answer any questions and was cordial when describing house procedures. Her local recommendations demonstrate her knowledge of the area.

We had a fantastic 6 nights here. Asakusa is a lovely neighbourhood that is quiet and beautiful, but close to lots of interesting things. Our host was most helpful, and gave us plenty of local recommendations. The unit was comfortable and the instructions clear. We would definitely go back!

It was Disney with children, so I could take a relaxing bath, do laundry, and sit and eat breakfast, which was really helpful. It was clean and there was a supermarket, convenience store, restaurant, etc. nearby, so I had no trouble shopping and a really satisfying trip.

It is very comfortable to stay, the room is comfortable and tidy, there is also a small balcony where you can wash your clothes, the host is also very friendly, always responding immediately to our needs Nearby transportation is also quite convenient, JR, subway are all within a 5-minute walk.To Ikebukuro 5min Shinjuku 10min Marunouchi 30min, all very convenient. The nearby environment is quiet and very comfortable to stay at night, although it is quiet, but the function is quite perfect, the convenience store supermarket is within 3 minutes on foot, the front of the station is quiet, but there are, there are Hitakaya Matsuya, basically not hungry. The disadvantage is that the room is small, the 5th floor room we live in 3 Asian boys is a bit squeezed (suitcases can't be opened🥲), suggest if the number of people is too many it is better to choose the 3rd floor which is a little bigger

Oki’s place was a great choice! He has a private gym with amazing equipment that we were able to enjoy during our stay. More importantly, I was able to get wonderful rest which was important after a long day of being out in busy Tokyo. The host was always extra helpful, kind, pleasant and generous. I would love to come back!

Same as in the picture. The host was fast to respond. The location are in rural area which is very beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely book again if there is chance in the future☺️

Kazumi was very responsive and accomdating. We reached Tokyo early in the morning and Kazumi was so kind to allow us to check in early. She also provided useful information regarding the surrounding amenities.

Everything was very clear and easy to find! Some additional instructions could be found in the apartment but otherwise everything was well communicated. Very close to nice restaurants and shops as well :)

Sozo’s place is so easy to find and its location is so great since its just a few minutes away from Yamanote line Komagome station - easy access to go around to almost all the attractions in Tokyo! Komagome is a great area with lots of restaurants around too! We love the apartment it is comfortable and peaceful, just perfect for us!☺️ Thank you Sozo you are a great host:)

It was our first visit as a family and it was exactly what we need. Great location, very clean and roomy! Highly recommend! If you are wondering if you should stay then trust me when I say “do it”.

Had a greay stay in this airbnb ng asakusa. Neigborhood is peaceful, close to trains, shopping areas, restaurants. Place was clean with complete basic amenities. Owner was very responsive and proactive with our concerns. Only con are the thin walls. But overall, stay was great!

Really appreciate this place as it was so convenient to walk to the major JR lines! It made our trip easier and overall enjoyable - thank you Andy for having us for this short time, would stay again!

great location. was very tidy and clean when we arrived. overall a bit small for 2 people but manageable, good amount of storage for clothes etc. host sent us information prior to our stay so we could find the airbnb right away. also very useful guidebook with all information.

The placed was exactly how it was advertised. It’s near ministop so it’s easy to buy water and other snacks. Area is also peaceful and walkable. Walking to the station was easy and there were lots of restaurants and shops near the station (also near Donki!!) you can’t really hear the train when you’re inside the room but the host left some earplugs incase you need it. The stairs was kind of hard to go up in Id you have a big luggage though but that’s expected already. Overall for the price this was definitely worth the penny:)

Had a great and very comfortable stay here and will highly recommend it. The appartment is relatively spacious and extremely well equipped. The location is super, with the street being private and quiet while still just a few minutes walk from the metro line and very close to the key hotspots like Shibuya. Special mention for how responsive the host team is in helping with any queries and suggestions, instructions for the space and getting around.

Starting from the reservation confirmation, Sho has been very responsive in providing information. Even when we wanted some information on luggage transfers, he was active in providing support for us. Sho was even proactive to ask if we our stay has been good and if there was anything that he could help us with! He even provided a very nice surprise in the fridge when we checked in 😉. Overall, I would recommend staying at Riki Flat, especially since it is very close to the stairs that was featured in the Your Name movie! Five stars!

This is the second time we have stayed here in the past year. Hank's place is in a great location. On a quiet street, but easy to access both Shibuya and Harajuku and their respective stations. It's a small place, but works great for 2 or 3 people like our group.

Great location. Easy to reach public transportation. Place was comfortable.
