They let us check in early! The people were so nice, they even helped us take our bags up stairs. Right next to the station, a wonderful place to stay in Asakusa!!!

The chef and reception was very nice and offered me free tea to try. In the morning, there was always free chilled sliced fruit downstairs where you could help yourself. I was offered help carrying suitcases up. It is easy to talk to others from the accommodation, especially in the lounges. So good if you're traveling alone and looking for something to do. My room(6 women, 3rd floor) had very high ceilings, and the window was open, so it wasn't stuffy. Two futons, very comfortable. Only negative points: there is no rule that the suitcase may not be repackaged in the rooms. Unfortunately, roommates did this for hours from 4 in the morning. Perhaps a rule could be introduced that repackaging in the room is not allowed between midnight and 7am. The curtain around my bed was very tight, please hang one more. The locker box by the bed didn't have a lock, you need to bring your own

Great place to stay for a week in tokyo

Despite staying one night, I felt very relaxed in their minimalist space, great art and modern feel. My double room was affordable compared to other stays, really comfortable bed, clean and had an air conditioner. The bathroom and shower was very accessible, it got a thorough clean twice during my 1 night stay. Location was perfect if your wanting to be close to shibuya/harajuku and Shinjuku, while the suburb itself is great. Will be staying again and bringing friends!

This is the second time I have visited Sola Hotel and as long as Reina is running the business I will always be a returning customer.

Loved this airbnb + the host was very helpful and responsive. If you want to go out in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, etc it is a bit far but I did not mind the travel since it was wasy to use the trains. The place was 10 minutes walk from station and was a really quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Food around was amazing and Kameido Clock has really good shopping destinations!!!

エヌプラス was responsive to my queries and offered an option to store my luggage even after I check out. Since I had a planned day trip after my stay and had to head out very early in the morning, エヌプラス's offer saved me the effort to search for alternative luggage storage. Overall the room is spacious and clean. We were warned about the lack of elevator in advance. it was not a long climb. I was a little confused with the double lock system (facial temperature check plus key). that might be worth reviewing.

This side of Tokyo is a bit calmer, so there was no noise pollution, which was a nice change of pace. The apartment was bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Fell in love with the AC and all the convenience stores nearby. Host is quick and understanding!

The room is clean, the basic amenities are complete, and the host answers all the questions quickly.You can walk to Ueno JR station, there is also a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient and is a good value for money.

Great location, 7-min walk to Gotanda, some other stations a bit longer walk. Lots of places to eat around, but we mostly were buying sushi and sashimi at Food Market at the Station. There were discounts on cooked food in the evening. My husband is tall, 192cm, and he had to be very cautious about a beam on the ceiling between kitchen and living area to not bump his head. Apartment is not spacious, considering if you are tall and used to bigger accommodation, but has everything we needed. It is actually one bedroom with a door, another bed is basically in the same area as living room and kitchen. However, the terrace was a great place to eat and get a bit more space. We stayed with 2 kids and needed a place to be alone sometimes. There are some toys in the bedroom which was great to find and keep kids busy. The host was very friendly, gave us a lot of tips about places where we can eat.

I enjoyed my stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. I only speak English and I had no problem understanding anything. The area was nice and quiet and the train was only about a 1 minute walk which made transportation very convenient. I would recommend staying here any time

This was probably the most comfortable bed I've laid in... this capsule stay was amazing and I wish I was able to have stayed for more than just one night. The amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again!

The hot water came out well, the heating was good, the warm water in the bathroom came out well, the washing machine was good, there were two beds, and overall I was satisfied.

The well-equipped sauna facility offers a unique concept similar to an onsen resort, but with a focus on sauna experiences. There’s also a cold water bath tub that complements the sauna, making for a refreshing experience. Nami, the host, is very responsive and helpful. There's also staff available at the bar on the first floor to assist with any needs. Check-in is straightforward, though it is a bit late at 7:30 PM, so we adjusted our arrival time in Tokyo accordingly, and it worked
