Beachfront vacation rentals in Kissamos

Very relaxing and wonderful space, I wish I was napping on the patio now.

A great ,spacious, quirky botique 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the old city of Chania. Very clean with all the amenities, large comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The good wifi and a washing machine were crucial for us. Best of all is the location which is on a lovely, narrow pedestrian cobblestone street in the old town. Restaurants galore and a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbor area. Of the 3 Crete cities ,Chania Rithymno, and Herakliona, Chania was the most beautiful and well kept. The best of the 3 to use as a base(We did day trips to the other two towns.) Gannis was abroad, but his friend Christina was so nice, and helpful .She met us where we parked the car and led us through the old town to the apartment.

This is a lovely apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. It is spacious and practical. Kostas is a generous host and was very helpful with local information. We had a great time and can recommend without hesitation😊

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located very conveniently a close walk to the old town and bars and restaurants near the harbour. It has everything you need and is very comfortable, with 2 beautiful balconies almost giving you a 360 degree view over the city. Check in was very easy and communication with Tamar was timely and efficient. We had a great stay!

What a meeting! Jeronimo is so nice, he helped us whenever he could, and made sure our stay went smoothly: it was a very nice meeting 👍 His house on the heights has a bird's-eye view of Souda Beach: it's beautiful. Everything is said, finally the main thing is our favorite part of our vacation.

Very well located by the beach and within walking distance of the old town. Local supply excellent. The apartment is sparkling clean, simply but tastefully furnished, the bed very comfortable. The highlight is the terrace with a lemon tree, in whose shade you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. Communication with Alkis went smoothly, a very helpful host.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

We spent the best time in this cute villa! It is a beautiful and clean house just next to the wonderful beach of Kalives. Antonis was a very kind and caring host. The landscape around is stunning. Thank you for everything! We‘ve loved it and we‘ll definitely come back!

Unique location. The view from the villa is stunning. The villa is fully equiped, with a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Stavros is a charming and hospitable host. We felt welome and he had taken care of some nice delicacies. In the village is a good local foodstore and there are fine restaurants within walking distance. Try the fresh fish!

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

Yulia is a great host and very friendly. By prior arrangement, early check-in and late check-out were possible. The apartment is tip-top. Media for evening entertainment are provided. The location of the apartment is excellent. There is a swimming pool in front of the door, the beach is within walking distance and restaurants are nearby. By car you can reach the beach of Elafonisi, the lagoon Balos and the Samaria gorge in about 1 hour each. The only downside, we were 5 days in the accommodation and had some jet planes and helicopters over us on Mondays. Due to the noise pollution, it was difficult to enjoy the swimming pool. I don't know what the other days were like, because we explored the island. There is apparently a military training ground nearby, hence the jet planes and helicopters. Otherwise, everything was outstanding. I can make a clear recommendation and we would love to come back if we get the chance 🙂

We had a great time 3 generations of family together right on the beech although it was very stony , only 1 bar a short work from the villa buts thats all you need will go again

We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. We had a really nice stay at Georgios place. Enjoying the seaside view while having breakfast on the terrace is amazing. The flat was clean and we found everything we needed. Would love to come back

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

We had a 12/10 stay in Javi‘s studio. Everything was amazing. Excellent value for money! Javi was the most kind and helpful host and we really had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location ist perfect, very private but also extremely close (only Limburger walking) to the beautiful beach and restaurants. And there is a lot more to explore short drives away. We would love to come back!

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Karolina and Jadwiga are very pleasant hosts and communication between us was always very quick and helpful. Check-in works perfectly. However, Google Maps showed the neighboring building for us. However, the accommodation is advertised outside and that's how you find it. The accommodation itself is excellent: modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful rooms. And the outdoor area with sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs, barbecue areas and beach is phenomenal! The only thing that is a bit disturbing: You are right on the main road and in the house itself you can still hear this noise well.

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!
