Highly recommend Philips lovely house, the location is perfect, nice walk along coast to Lowestoft, and Southwold only 20mins drive. Also visited Aldeburgh which is definitely worth a visit. The house is very comfortable with all mod cons, it felt like a real home from home. It was super clean, the bits and pieces for our dog (bowls, poo bags, towels etc) were much appreciated as were the goodies for us. Philip was a wonderful host, very responsive and great instructions.

Came to stay for a friends wedding. The house was close to the church and venue but also a 5 minute walk from a beach with the most beautiful sand. The place was clean, well furnished and felt like a home as you walked in. Seb had provided really clear instructions and a nice welcome message, even remembering about the wedding. Check in and out was easy and convenient, again clear instructions. Parking was just outside and the little shop on the corner was a bonus. Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay at ian’s. we didn’t want to come home! we came for no other reason than a short getaway for my partners birthday and we wasn’t disappointed! we had a walk down to the pier it was a lovely walk and so close to the house we was shocked. there are lovely takeaways around and its so quiet and freindly. we had dinner at the blue boar in oulton and it was amazing a truly beautiful dinner i would totally recommend. the only little niggles were personal like the shower kept getting hot and then freezing and a few cobwebs here and we both would have liked an extra pillow however there just generally small things but i would say it was totally worth the money and we will be back. thank you☺️
