Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

In the attic, a living-dining area with an open kitchen & fantastic views opens up over the entire floor. Free private parking is available at the house.

Herrenlehen Vacation Rental

In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, at 1000 meters above sea level, lies the beautiful apartment (for max. 4 people) on our Herrenlehen mountain farm - perfect for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, tobogganing, enjoying nature or simply relaxing. It is 3 km to the center of Kirchberg i.T. and 2.5 km to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn. Various hiking trails lead directly from the house.

Please note, it is a shelter at 1500 m, so don't expect frills but simplicity. Important: The cabin is surrounded by nature, animals and alpine farmers. It's a top priority to respect this. No events or parties are therefore allowed!! Dealing with animals:! !Cows are not pets!! Unnecessary action, poses and petting of cows is therefore prohibited. Unauthorized entry of stables as well.
