Sharon communicated every step of the way, she met us and went through everything. Sharon responded to text in a timely manner (not that there were any issues). Lovely caravan, newly refurbished, cards for entertainment, beach bucket and spades provided. Tea coffee milk at hand with toiletries. Plenty of tea towels and set of towels for each of us. Bring extra toilet roll and your beach towels. Parking at the caravan. Right by the beach, restaurants, takeaways, park, sports complex and football/tennis courts. We had an amazing most comfortable time and would love to come again. Family of 2 adults, 2 children 11&16 and Teddy our cavachon. Thank you Sharon.

This house is beautiful, delightful setting, lovely property very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent Christmas there and it was a fabulous place to stay with the family. The location is stunning and the local people so very friendly. I would recommend it highly!

Lynn’s place was perfect for myself, my husband and our 14 month old. We spent new years here and even though the weather was a bit rough we had the best time, so glad we were able to stay to see in the new year in such a lovely place! The living space was perfect for our little one to practice his walking and safely play while looking out at the amazing view. The location was spot on, the view was incredible. We went to Black Rock Sands, walked to look at the steam train and to the little town, drove to Portmeirion and drove out to beautiful Beddgerly for tea. Big Rock Cafe does the best donuts we’ve ever tried! 😂❤️ we also got a glimpse of the northern lights ✨ And last but certainly not least, Lynn was amazing!!! Amazing communication skills, very lovely and was always on hand if we needed anything. Thank you Lynn!! We will be back and recommend anyone else too!

House was immaculately clean and well maintained. The added bonus of access to the beach from the back garden was fantastic! Weather wasn't on our side for a few days but we still enjoyed walking the dogs on the quiet beach. Having the smart TVs was really good. The garden is safe and secure for the dogs. We would definitely like to return as it ticked all our boxes for a perfect holiday. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated on our arrival as we couldn't get a supermarket delivery till next morning. Thank you for a great holiday!

A gem of a find! Me and my friend booked to stay here with our two 1 year old children & 2 dogs and had a wonderful time. The location is a perfect walk to the nearby beach but also a short drive to some nicer beaches. Local shops/cafes are also in walking distance. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is huge! And the view of the golf course is fabulous. Our trip had to be cut short due to a burst mains water pipe which meant this area of Wales was without water for a few days, however James couldn’t have been more helpful and allowed us to change our trip and rebook in the future with a discount, which was very kind seen as this is no fault of his. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit Wales and have already recommended James and Kate’s place to all my friends/family.

We came for a night. We both thought we could have stayed for a month. Lovely house. It was a great. The little touches were pleasing. The accommodation was one of the best we have been to. Thanks to the host she was so helpful but she left us alone to enjoy our stay. Thank you chris. Brilliant. X

An excellent stay in a great location for a New Year celebration with friends. A great sized and well equipped house with lovely spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jay was so helpful in planning our trip and giving considerations for places to go and was very responsive whenever contacted. Will hopefully return at some point in the future.

One of the best caravan stays for us. We usually stay with brands & first experience with an airbnb host & we can now confidently say we loved this experience. Daniel was upfront & responsive always, helpful house rules book, more amenities than they could list on airbnb advert. You practically just need some raw food to cook & eat. Very much connected to today’s need with an Airfryer & coffee machine with pods, games & dvd player. Clean & fresh Linen & towels were provided. Plenty of utensils & cleaning material, including a hoover. Very happy with the caravan space, cleanliness & amenities. We traveled with young children & they were delighted to find hot chocolate. We would definitely return & recommend to friends.

Very easy check-in via Park Security with no issues. Found the Lodge with little difficulty and we were delighted with the property. The lodge is spacious and extremely comfortable. Quality furnishings and fixtures throughout. The deck was terrific, it was so quiet and peaceful and you barely saw or heard anything from the surrounding area. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful and responded so quickly to any queries we had. We were blessed with a few sunny days at the end of our stay that made it perfect.

Positives The caravan was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils, which made cooking easy. Clean bed linen and towels were provided, and there were even items available for my cat, which was a thoughtful touch. The host was excellent—she communicated quickly, was very helpful, and willing to resolve any issues. The location is great, close to the beach, with nearby towns offering attractions that are easy to visit. Negatives The double bedroom was quite cold at night, and I didn’t feel comfortable using the en-suite bathroom because of this. That said, the rest of the caravan was at a good, comfortable temperature. A note for future guests (not the host's fault) We stayed during the New Year period, and most of the facilities at Robin Hood Park were closed, as were many family-friendly activities in Rhyl. It’s worth keeping this in mind if you’re visiting at the same time of year. Overall, a good stay with a lovely host!

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

A beautiful spacious caravan. Everything you could need available. Very dog friendly as we have two big dogs. The decking and gate really handy particularly if have dog(s) as not stepping straight outside.

We had lovely holiday at this beautiful caravan. My children were not bored, lots of entertainment for different ages. The apartment has everything you need, there is a store on the territory of the park, and the nearest store is two bus stops away. The pool is located nearby, it has water slides, which children from 6 to 13 liked. We would love to stay here again. We thank the owner of the caravan.

We stayed here for my sons birthday. Nathan was really responsive and helpful accepted the booking straight away and gave a helpful run down of how things work. The place was clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. The static has central heating which was a definite plus and is in a quieter stop on the site and didn't have any interruptions. I would definitely recommend this booking and we will definitely be booking again!

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! It looked exactly like the photos, it was so cozy and the views can't be beat. We enjoyed waking up with a cup of coffee and birdwatching through the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the central heating was a big perk. It was conveniently located (everything we wanted to do was within a 15-minute drive--Conwy Castle, Bodnant Garden, the Great Orme), but its location at the top of a hill made it feel very private. Truly a perfect getaway. We would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Michelle's house is fantastic from the minute you walk through the door. Clear, easy to follow instructions before arrival, very easy and much more convenient to park around the back of the house. Easy to get inside with the key boxes, and a welcoming place to walk in to. Huge kitchen and utility with everything you could need for a stay. 3 different coffee machines! Air fryer and a huge American fridge with ice and water. Big dining area, lounge with TV, netflix etc, Xbox, and loads of books and games. Then very large bedrooms, each with en-suite. Then an extra bathroom with a tub. Outside there are lots of seating options, and a large BBQ. Huge clean Beach with parking and toilets etc and town both 5-10 min walk, was so nice to watch the sunset each eve. Michelle messaged me to make sure we had settled in, and answered her phone immediately when i called and was very helpful. Will be back!!

A comfortable weekend stay in spacious accommodation attached to owners home but with own private entrance. One en suite bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and TV and with a view of the sea in the distance. In the kitchen we had everything we needed with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink and small dining table with chairs. There is also outside patio space with table and chairs. Plus off road parking, always a priority for us. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We had an amazing family Christmas at Lee’s house in Deganwy. Lee met us upon arrival and went above and beyond throughout our stay, offering lots of recommendations of things to do and places to visit. The house had been decorated for Christmas with 2 real Christmas trees and a beautifully set table. There were Christmas songs playing on the stereo and homemade mince pies. It felt like a home away from home. The views outside are stunning, perfect place to walk the dog. Conwy is a walkable distance, we headed there Xmas day morning to have a pint at the pub. Lee’s house is a perfect base to enjoy North Wales and highly recommend going there for Christmas. Thank you Lee

Very modern, everything is to a very high spec and is absolutely spotless. A nice coffee at the breakfast bar by the window is a must, as the view is amazing. Diane is very friendly and helpful, would recommend a stay.

Loved the place on first sight.The sinsets over the estuary with Conwy castle in the background was mezmerising.The place was warm and cisy and we thouroghly enjoyed ourselves.Handy Co op just up the road that was most usefull.Clean tidy quiet and evertyjng we needed

My family enjoyed the short holiday break at Daisy's property for 3 nights, and we were able to unload bags, cases easily but disappointed regarding the size of Kitchen especially when there were 9 of us staying in the house. I had originally booked 33 William Street in January 2024. However to look out across the Menai straight was very pretty but with the help of a App we were able to locate a park closeby for my grandsons to have a runaround as there is building work taking place along the A5 main road into Bangor. As all our activities were booked in advance earlier this year due to the fact that we would be in North Wales at the start of the school holidays we only booked one Italian restaurant which was very good, highly recommend Torna-a-Surriento in an excellent location, close to the Pier.

Ella's place was very clean and tidy! Everything has clearly been looked after and put together very nicely. Ella made an extra effort to put up a Christmas Tree for our stay which was a lovely touch. She was always very responsive to questions and friendly. The walks in the surrounding areas are beautiful including strolling along the beach which is just across the road!
