Great location - walking distance to shops. Heating worked really well. Bed was super comfortable. Welcome provisions were great. Host was very responsive. I’d stay there again.

Needed a place to stay after attending an event locally. Didn't arrive until after 10pm but this wasn't a problem. Check-in easy and friendly and arrived in time for the complimentary pint. Stayed for several more and enjoyed the craic with some locals. Accommodation easy to access, plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Tea/Coffee supplies and large fluffy towels supplied. WiFi, books, TV and comfy couches all fit comfortably in the snug room. Exactly what we needed. Thanks!!

Martina’s place was lovely. The guest house was spotless, cozy, and the garden is magical. Martina had several recommendations for pubs and something to eat late at night. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

So glad i found this Jackies is a creative, peaceful space with everything provided. Throw in a friendly tabby , scatty but lovable dog and wake up to birdsong Its a short drive to Carlow town where you can find good food reasonably priced. I used Carlows public transport to visit Killkenny Waterford and many other places of interest A walk along the banks of the Barrow with the swans gently nudging for food was a highlight. A week wasnt really long enough to do everything. I wouldnt hesitate to rebook sometime soon. Thanks this trip was great Owen
