Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

A scenic area at the foothills of the mountains, close to all major attractions; Irelands highest mountain Carrauntoohill, the Gap of Dunloe and the Black Valley. It is located next to Beaufort Church and close to the Dunloe hotel

World famous link golf courses , Waterville and Dooks are on the doorstep. The "Kerry Way hiking trail " a 200 km hiking way runs past the cottage. We are a km from the romantic Rossbeigh Beach.
