Monthly Rentals in Khlong Toei

I spent a month solo traveling in Bangkok and initially booked this place for its proximity to where I needed to be. However, I quickly realized how well-situated it was—within walking distance of a large mall with plenty of restaurants and another filled with shops. It truly felt like home. James met me at check-in and walked me through how everything worked. The condo is private, with key card access, making it easy to come and go. The space was very clean and an excellent value for a solo traveler. It also had dishes for cooking, though I mostly ate out. Overall, it was a great stay, but even more importantly, James was a fantastic host. While I had no issues during my stay, I always knew he was just a text or call away. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay. So great that this was our second time doing a month+ long stay. Super convenient location just steps away from the BTS Ekkamai station. The unit itself is very comfortable and cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the unit also has a work desk/chair as well as a nice monitor to hook up your laptop to. Host is very responsive and is proactive about reaching out to you in case of any concerns. Great value, great location and great host. Highly recommend :)

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Alex’s letting, every time has been great. He is an agent that can be trusted and that is important! Few minor issues, TV is slightly discoloured due to some impact damage.. but it’s still easily watchable. Me and my partner work from home and the internet speed struggled with our needs. We still got by, but something to consider if you are working for home. Thanks again Alex!

There were almost no problems with the content as listed, but the room card that was supposed to be prepared in advance was not ready at check-in.It was good that they responded promptly when I contacted them. The room was clean and I had a pleasant stay.
