Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
“All I have to say is the cottage is fantastic. Kent has a beautiful lake front cottage that has all the right amenities. The bathroom is gorgeous, the kitchen is flawless and all of the rooms flow! We loved the covered deck located right in front of the water, it was spacious and it also had a grill that we cooked on every night. During the afternoon we sat down by the water and enjoyed the great weather, there’s plenty of space and plenty of seats for everyone in your party to enjoy. Another little feature we loved is the steps leading down into the water making it easy to launch the kayaks into the lake and fish from. Overall the stay was amazing, he even left us some juice and snacks for when we first arrived and also told us if we needed anything just to let him know. We would have loved to stay one extra day. Thanks for a great stay Kent.”

“We were given a chance to get away for a weekend and while we were really excited to have just an adult weekend we were also really nervous to travel in this uncertain time. Thank you for making it that much easier by providing a pristine space which we felt extremely safe to be in. The space is charming, efficient, and well thought out. We also appreciate being able to use the paddle board and kayak. The experience, view, and cleanliness definitely made this a great experience and great location to visit wineries and breweries on both Seneca and Keuka Lake. Jason also had a great welcome book that provided history of the space and suggestions for places to visits and activities. We used one of his suggestions and went on a great short hike that we were rewarded by a beautiful waterfall and breathtaking nature views. We want to thank Jason and his family for the hospitality, flexibility, and generosity.”
Need a spot for Social Distancing? My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Lots of outdoor opportunities including your own hiking trail on the property. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is included and not added on to the amount you pay.
“This was my second time here and I came back because dogs are allowed and this location reminds me a lot of my childhood days at summer camp - the wooden porch, the hammock, hiking, canoeing, the water, and the night sky. It was a great getaway for me for those reasons since I live in an urban area. It was a joy to watch my dog enjoy swimming as he's getting older and running isn't so much for him anymore. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a break that includes relaxing and activities like hiking, kayaking, and walks down the beautiful street. Rob is a very hands-on host and he took me out on the jet ski, and we went by a property for sale and I was able to imagine for a short time what it could be like to have a similar place of my own where things like canoeing, kayaking, and dinners on the porch at sunset would be daily summer activities. Alas, all good things must come to an end. The fantasy ended and we packed up and returned home.”
