Situated over looking the Kettle River in beautiful Christian Valley. While sitting and enjoying the evening sun on the deck you may see the elk, bear or deer in the meadow. They can been seen regularly. The Kettle River in known For great floating during July and August. Canoeing mid June to early July pending water levels. Fishing is catch and release. Access to great mountain trails, biking, ATV, horseback Riding(your own horses), hiking and hunting. Leave the wifi home.

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.

This is the second time our group stayed at Sonja's place and we are already planning to stay next year. Sonja is easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. Her home is very clean, well stocked and comfortably accommodated 8 adults with a lot of sports equipment. I highly recommend!

I was so happy to arrive and settle in! Chad's place had everything needed for a longer stay. Chad was super easy to contact and gave well detailed instructions for my stay. The lake was stunning and the place was thoughtfully equipped with the necessities plus more. I recommend staying here if you're traveling solo, a couple or with a family. The very nearby lake access was a real perk!

We had a lovely time with our family spending hours at the beach and the pool during our stay. We did have some various issues, but Lynsey handled them promptly after we would message about them. My only feedback would be to get lamps for the two smaller bedrooms (currently only overhead lighting) and replace the broken drawers in the fridge. The location is a hidden gem and we hope to be back!

DArcy’s place at The Cottages was an amazing place to stay for our annual New Year’s getaway! We really enjoyed how much space we had, and each family had their own bathroom, which made it very nice! The views were great and the amenities were really good too! They had everything we needed and more! We want to come back during the summer and enjoy even more of what this place has to offer. Everyone on our trip had a great time and we’re already talking about coming back! Thanks DArcy for being a great host! The place was awesome! (And easily the nicest place we’ve stayed at in Canada after 9 years of doing this tradition!)

The place was great! The view was amazing and the Airbnb was close to the pool and lake. The house had everything we could have ever needed. The place was kept cool with A/C. Annu was very responsive and gave helpful directions. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, especially for a large group - it’s felt so spacious (even more than the pictures made it look).
