Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Μεγάλο και ζεστό σπίτι με δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο με χώρο στάθμευσης εντός του οικοπέδου της οικίας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι πρόθυμοι πάντα να μας βοηθήσουν. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή για δύο ζευγάρια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

Ήρθαμε Ξάνθη για αγώνες σκάκι στο Αμοιρίδειο και το σπίτι ήταν στην κατάλληλη απόσταση! Λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά για το γήπεδο και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και την παλιά πόλη, παντού πηγαίναμε με τα πόδια! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, ζεστό, ήσυχο, με πολλές παροχές και είχε πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε ευγένεια, διάκριση και προθυμία, πάντα και άμεσα απαντούσε! Περάσαμε όμορφα!

Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgiliydi, her sorumuza anında cevap alabildik ve kendi evimizde hissetmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Tek problemimiz bölgesel su kesintisi olmasıydı fakat ev sahibimiz sürekli durum güncellemesi yaparak bizi bilgilendirdi. Bahçesi ve evin konumu gayet başarılı her şey için teşekkürler 🙏🏻

Mein Aufenthalt war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Thomi war super! Die Wohnung ist toll, direkt am Fährhafen gelegen und sehr sauber. Besonders den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Thomi war super nett, wir können ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Ο Παρης και η Χρύσα εξυπηρετικότατοι, μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με το τι να πάμε και τι να δούμε στο Δοξάτο, τη Δράμα και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και σε όμορφο, ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

The apartment was amazing. Had everything you would want to from an airbnb. Its in a really quiet place, really close to the center. The bed was super comfortable, everything is spotless clean and Despoina was always available and would check up on us if there is something we would need. Definitely recommend the host and the apartment to anyone looking for nice getaway in Kavala.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Georgia, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sie hat sogar noch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für uns besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

Το κατάλυμα της Αγγελικής είναι μια διώροφη μεζονέτα όμορφη και λειτουργική, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα . Η Αγγελική είναι ευγενική και φιλόξενη. Σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Καβάλα, θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά για την διαμονή μας.

Gayet huzur dolu bir konumda sessiz sakin ada tatili yapmak için mükemmel bir yer. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakın.

Çok yardımcı ve iyi bir ev sahibi idi. Ev de geniş ve kullanışlıydı.

This was a perfect stay in Kavala. The appartement has a nice location outside the busy center. This is positive! Because to drive in Kavala with the narrow roads is troublesome. The appartement also has its own parking, so very nice. It was very very clean and has a modern touch. I had good communication with the host and he even left me some apple juice, water, coffee and chocolates. What more can you ask? Thanks for everything!

Σας ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο. Νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα! Ιδανική τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη της Ξάνθης με ένα μικρό παιδί χωρίς να απαιτείται αυτοκίνητο.

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin lief reibungslos.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Kavala gehabt. Die gemütliche, ruhige und sehr saubere Stadtwohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Das Stadtzentrum kann man bequem mit dem Auto, oder wenn man mag, auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Chrisa ist gerne bereit zu helfen und antwortet zügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann.
