The room was clean and nicely decorated. All our expectations were met. The check in was very straightforward. Although we arrived very late, Manus brother Binu welcomed us in a very friendly manner. The food was super tasty and the boat trip is also highly recommended. We felt very comfortable at the place. Thanks to Manu and Binu!

Location was great and felt like home. Special thanks to Prasad for taking care of us and guiding us during the stay. He helped us during late night check-in and early morning check-out. Also guiding us with restaurants nearby and places to visit. Room was spacious with all kitchen needs.

It was great experience. We checked in late in night and Steffy and the caretaker were always responsive and coordinated really well. The property was clean and well connected with boating location. Overall amazing experience.

The stay at Manu's was very nice. Nestled in picturesque surroundings in the middle of the backwaters. The rooms are nice and cozy. From the terrace, we were able to observe eagles and cormorants, among other things. Manu organized a private sunrise boat tour for us which was very nice and absolutely recommended. In addition, you can also explore the backwaters on your own by canoe. The food in the property is very delicious.

Sam was a wonderful host - he gave lots of helpful recommendations including restaurants and cultural activities. Very comfortable and clean room. Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Peaceful neighbourhood with lots of delicious restaurants in walking distance. Only thing is that there is no AC which may be a bit too hot with just the fan later in the year, but otherwise it was perfect!

The property is located little away from town and is perfect for a holiday getaway. It is peaceful and private, enjoyed staying here with family. Host is very flexible and accommodative, caretakers are very friendly. The bathroom was clean and linens were fresh. Had enough space to play around for kids. Also there is a small cafe in the front, the food is okay there to begin the day with. Their pastries were really good. Overall amazing stay for the price range.

We had a wonderful stay. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the home truly made it feel special. Every need was promptly attended to, whether it was an extra blanket or fresh towels, ensuring our comfort throughout. The thoughtful attention to detail made the experience wholesome and memorable. The only feedback we have is that having an additional functional bathroom would add even more to the overall comfort.

Found the place peaceful and relaxing. Well priced considering we stayed there during the peak Christmas - New year holidays. enjoyed our time there.

There is no words to explain about the property. it actually exceeds the expectation. I love ❤️ the location property. food for me average but prepared with love and care for me it is a first time experience in such nature based property stay. I had a lovely stay at Pavithra’s. Everything was so clean and tidy, there were snacks and she was very thoughtful with the amenities at the apartment. Her family were also very friendly and they helped book me an auto rickshaw to my next destination. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Wonderful stay with my family and beautiful scenery surroundings. Great place place to spend quality private time in Kotagiri. The home cooked food was delicious and must try pallipalayam chicken & fish curry. Host and manager very helpful during my stays.
