I had a great stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and matched the pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both solo travelers and families. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, quickly addressing any questions I had. The only minor downside was the lack of hot water, but the host was prompt in responding and trying to assist. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

Akanksha was very responsive. the house was very very clean. caretaker vinod was extremely helpful. when we asked for tea leaves (rather than tea bags), he gave away tea kept for his own use to us. thanks so much for that. very friendly and helpful. kitchen had enough things like milk, some small snakcs etc. very helpful. thank you. hot water was really hot! minimalist furniture, very tastefully done. overall a great place to stay in Mysore. if you've a car, it is very easy to go around all paces. we did not check availability of auto or uber in this location. there's a good lift, nice parking space.

The stay was comfortable, the host I'd responsive and proactive. The place is well located, however the approach road is narrow but surroundings are nice. The overall stay was comfi and the place is nice and as shown in photos. It was a truly pet friendly place and that made the difference. It was totally great value for money.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

Decorated in calming tones of white and blue with gold accents, it has the feel of a stylish hotel with the warmth of a home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the plush furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were a huge bonus: a serene swimming pool for relaxing evenings and a well-maintained gym to keep up with workouts. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable.
