Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kent County

My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

I felt right at home. Everything that I planned on doing was honestly not more than 15 minutes from the place. It was perfect. It didn't feel like just another room of the house, but they genuinely put in effort to making the room for AirBnb so it made me and my friend feel super comfortable and like we had some privacy. And everything was super clean. It was all super accessable and easy, you could go in and out whenever, and they kept the lights on at night and that allowed us to traverse through the house easily as well. The way to the basement was also super easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would definitely stay there again!

Was my daughter graduation at University . My family & I are extremely grateful to find this property. Extremely charming neighborhood & home , with modern touch. The home was extremely tastefully furnished & decorated. Spotless clean & furnished with everything we needed. Was wonderful to have a moment to also meet Bradly the host in person. Was very helpful & make our weekend specially peaceful & efficient. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids. Walkable as well to restaurants & wine châteaus . Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

Hemali’s place was perfect. We rented her place to be close to the hospital to welcome our new grandson! Her home was a perfect fit for us.

My family enjoyed our time at Eastown Luxe. There were many thoughtful amenities that helped us settle in right away and feel at home. The boys loved staying up in the loft area with their own beds and Tv and couch! The location was close to everything we wanted. I enjoyed my morning time by the fire.

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Jon was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and the property is even more so. We got to sit out back and watch all the wildlife (birds, woodpecker, deer, etc). It was the perfect place to have our friends gather and spend quality time. Would defiantly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Krista’s house. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and the lights were turned on which made it feel even more welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and everything is labeled making it easy to find what you need and figure out which light switch operates which light! The beds were beautifully made up and there were plenty of towels. We loved the beautiful lakeside setting and the location was super convenient. We’d love to stay here again when we visit!

Our stay at Michael's place was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, stylish, and incredibly welcoming space. The house was exactly as described (if not better!) in the listing, and the photos didn't do it justice. The location was ideal - close to amazing restaurants, We loved being able to hangout in the backyard patio and enjoy the hot tub! The home itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the private patio was a wonderful bonus. What truly made our stay exceptional was Michael as well as the co-hosts hospitality. They were very attentive and communicated above average!

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

I had my employees stay here, I wasn’t here myself. But they all told me it was a great place to stay.

This was a great location for anything happening downtown. instructions were clear and Tom was responsive to questions. The space had everything I needed and was clean.

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The home was super clean and modern. Unique great art. Thoughtful touches like new(er) board games. Tons of very clear instructions for everything from checking in and out, using Alexa, accessing hot tub on property etc. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.
