Vacation rentals with beach access in Kennett River

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

Deb & Pete we're great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in their well set up apartment that worked well for us for the 3 nights we stayed. Highly recommend staying here and we would certainly en joy staying here again.

Such a great way to wake up, coffee in hand, watching the sunrise from the balcony, it instantly melts the stress away. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to the beach for a swim or surf, with some great restaurants and boutique clothing shops right on your doorstep. The place itself was cosy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Even our fur baby, had a ball! Lauren was a fantastic host, super responsive and made everything easy from the moment we booked to when we walked through the door. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

We had a wonderful 3 night winter getaway at Angela’s place. The apartment was cosy, warm, quiet and a bonus was the bed was comfortable. It is in a perfect location and we could walk to the main shops in Lorne, the local pub and the pier. Angela was a friendly host and responded very quickly to my messages. I highly recommend Angela’s place for a trip to Lorne.

We had a great 2 night stay, it was perfect for 4 couples. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the views, being joined by a kookaburra and a cockatoo as well. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus for getting ready for a wedding as we did, and sitting by the fire was a great way to end our days.

Pauline’s property in Apollo Bay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding nature that made every morning special. The interior is cozy yet modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for us — peaceful and chill! Coming back to such a serene retreat was the perfect way to unwind after a great day out exploring Apollo Bay. Pauline was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at La Casa Cubo, it had everything we needed and more. There is such attention to detail in the place, it’s been beautifully and thoughtfully designed from the relaxing dome, to the fire pit to keep us warm on the cold nights. We loved the personal touches like the guest book, hand made cookies, and the little notes around the place. The place was also super clean, one of the cleanest Air BnBs I have stayed at! Libby was so kind and gave great local recommendations for food and exploration and responded promptly. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

it is a beautiful location. the house was very nice. I would go again. the only slight issue was the driveway is very steep and not sealed all the way so it was a bit scary driving up and our wheels spun. otherwise, everything was great.

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful view from the deck and bedroom. Laying in bed listening to the waves was perfect. Even though we had a very cold weekend and lost power one day the house stayed warm with the wood fire. Beds were very comfortable and warm. everything you could think you needed was provided. Easy walk to the Wye River store and cafe. Would love to come back in summer and be able to relax on the deck watching the ocean.

This luxurious exclusive house is impressive. The living & dining room and master bedroom have sea views, and you can directly see the magnificent waves hitting the charming Apollo Bay Beach. It is just a stone's throw away from the town center, and you can walk to the beach or many restaurants and bars. The supermarket can buy all the daily necessities you need. The landlord is warm and friendly. Highly recommended. Will come again.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

We had a great stay here. The place felt cared for, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The furniture and bedding are quality. As it is an apartment you can hear the neighbours pretty clearly, but it was not an issue overnight. I would recommend Melissa's place.

We had a lovely time staying at Kylie’s place. It had everything we needed. Such a peaceful area and friendly neighbours. A short walk to get coffee or dinner at the clubhouse and if you feel like a walk to the beach it was really pleasant.

Alicia was a great host, super responsive and the location is amazing. We came for the marathon and the start was literally straight down the hill.

We had an amazing stay at Elpis and Andy’s place. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and only a short walking distance from the beach which we loved. awesome place...great view...a little loud on the weekend when the Lorne hotel is pumping but hey...free live music is welcome anytime...unless U have a kid :) clean and tidy and everything is provided...will definitely return
