Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Heron's Landing is a comfortable 2 bedroom lodging unit located above Woods & River Coffee, one block from the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail. Walking distance to many amenities, overlooking the Allegheny River and offers a spectacular view year round. Located on a busy street in a business district, & above a coffee shop, so be prepared for the busy sounds of a town and cafe, though we do our best to be quiet in the early hours. Guests receive free drinks from coffee shop each day of stay!
