I had just arrived at a nearby site to host family for my daughter's wedding. By 9:00 PM there was an issue requiring a new site—not easy as I needed a 1st floor bed for my elderly dad. Nicole answered immediately with helpful chat, making me feel less alone as airbnb resolved things. The clock was ticking to the wedding. John & Nicole were sympathetic, communicative, and got me in by 11:00 AM. The home was excellent! Handy with two 1st-floor bedrooms and one up a few steps. Checking in/out? Easy! The decor? Light and airy. The amenities? Up-to-date with SPARKLING bathrooms/kitchen/linens, washer/dryer, and TV. Very comfortable for me, my husband, my daughter's father, and my dad—with room for wedding prep and guests to gather comfortably at the generously-sized island and table. Limited stairs ended up being additionally important as I had a minor mishap the day of the wedding. I was thankful everything was so thoughtfully appointed and comfortable for me to regroup! Thank you!!!

Had a great experience staying at Laura’s place! All the listed amenities were provided, and everything was just as described. Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. It’s a fantastic spot to relax and have fun – highly recommended!

The home was in a beautiful location and it was so peaceful to wake up and look out over the water. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space for our group to hang out. The host was very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Kristine's house in Hampton was perfect for our off-season January family trip to Hampton for a family funeral. While the weather was single digits, the house was warm and cozy. The house is well-appointed: excellent kitchen and kitchen supplies; great bathroom access for every bedroom; excellent layout, which served us well because I had come down with a cold and was able to isolate in the downstairs bedroom suite and keep some distance from the rest of the family. The main communal living area is very open and inviting -- great seating, gas fireplace, good flow. When one or two people needed a quiet place for work it was easily found, and the wifi was excellent. The North Beach location has been a favorite of ours for several years -- easy access to the beach, just a quick hop down the road to the main Hampton Boardwalk area, and simple and quick access to the main roads (95 and 101), which was important for us because we had a lot of funeral-related logistics to deal with.

This was our second stay at Jessica’s place in Freeport. It was everything she described and then some. The guys felt right at home and comfortable while working construction .in the area

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

We had a lovely time in Kittery at the house, the lay out was perfect, quiet and secluded from the road and neighbors, wonderful outside spaces that smoothly opened up from common spaces where we could all lounge around and be with each other. The consensus from the family was that this trip will be annual :) Highly recommend.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

The ski in ski out at Pleasant Mountain is hard to beat for families. The hosts were super responsive and our party of 8 had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which wished we could have been here longer. At first we thought the location was a bit off the beaten track but once there were blown away but the peace and quiet and beauty of the location in the middle of the woods. Both Slim and Alexa were very friendly and very helpful with tips etc. Internet connection was great too and well equipped studio. Thank you

This place was Great! Salvatore was a great host that had no problem accommodating our group early. We actually had a different rental in the same neighborhood and had a plumbing issue immediately after check in and we had to find another place or go home. Salvatore responded within minutes and got us booked and we were able to get into the house 15 minutes later. Property was as described, very homey feeling and comfortable. Great open layout, kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were comfortable. No crazy rules or cleaning requirements at the end of the weekend like other places we have stayed. Would definitely purely rent again.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of space. Large kitchen. Air conditioning downstairs and in 2 bedrooms upstairs. We were pleased to be just a 15 minute walk away from Moody beach and slightly closer to Crescent Beach. We also walked down to Wells beach and ate at the Lobster pound nearby. A 5 minute walk brings you to a seaside lookout spot with benches where the lightening in the distance gave us a show one evening. Nice to walk everywhere instead of dealing with the traffic. The house is on a quiet street. Clean. Comfortable beds. The large couch in the living room is more comfortable to sleep on than the futon.

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful and close to the city of Portland. Everything was clean. The sheets and linens were visibly clean and smelled fresh which is always appreciated. Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Allyson’s place! It was perfect for a group stay, and having the two apartments was so convenient. The place was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.

Wonderful property. Clean, comfortable beds, large shower, all amenities you would need. Close to the beach, about 4 minute walk. Quiet. Bigger than it looks. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year. If you stay, make sure to check out Darlings, a small coffee/breakfast/ice cream place on the corner !
