Loved our stay here felt right at home would definitely book again , lovely greeting card and chocolate to welcome us, hot chocolate and cute snowman mug which my son loved , the sauce was amazing having it in apartment, free sleds available on balcony, easy to find perfect location five star rating highly recommmend this place . Lovely kids bedroom with toys and Lego to play with and it was so snug and warm we all slept so well

The apartment is new. Very clean. Equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect for getting around on foot anywhere in the city. The sauna in the house is really a plus. Paola is fantastic! Always available and always present. She gave us the opportunity for flexible check-in and check-out.

We had a great 8 night stay at Laura’s apartment. It had everything we needed to base ourselves for a week of adventuring in Rovaniemi and is pleasantly close to town. The apartment was peaceful and the building has a clothes washer and drying room which we really needed! The bed is somewhat firm but that’s obviously personal preference, just something to be aware of. We still slept great!

Antti was booked in a timely manner due to the winter season. The price was reasonable and the apartment was very cozy. The location is great if you like jogging or biking, because there was a good setting next to it, for example, hiking for a observation tower or lean-to.

Great place to stay! As per the brief given, the property exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is ideal—easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. All promised amenities were provided—Wi-Fi, hot water, clean linen, sauna, and toiletries were available and in good condition. A special mention to the owner for being extremely helpful and approachable throughout the stay. Their prompt assistance made everything more comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying again.

The place was warm and welcoming and I love every minute of my stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. It was walkable to the town and shopping centres.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It offers great privacy, and Tomi provides excellent support.

This place was awesome, walkable distance to nearest bus station to the city centre. Nice warm place with wonderful facilities, homely stay. Both Sinikka and her husband were pretty helpful, allowed to checkin early. Place was clean, with lots of helpful instructions. Highly recommended. Five stars 🤩

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but much more peaceful than the areas with all the hotels. So great having the sauna as well!

Tila and Jukka made our trip 10 folds better. Their place is big enough for 4 people to be comfortable in. Tila is a very welcoming host. She gave us plenty of snacks and food. There’s a grocery store in a walking distance and a well equipped kitchen, so you can definitely cook from home. The sauna was very easy to operate and spacious. If you wanna have a chance to see the northern lights without going far, there is a bridge over a river about 20 minutes walk away where there’s a lil less light pollution (although I recommend you get a car and drive up further north to get away from the city for a higher chance). All in all, 10/10 host and 10/10 Airbnb!

Whenever we had questions, she responded quickly and with such warmth and care. It’s clear that she genuinely loves hosting and making her guests feel welcome. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!
