Cet appartement typique, situé au rez-de-chaussée, bénéficie d'un emplacement ultra-central, à deux pas du tramway, des restaurants et du bord de mer. Malgré cette situation idéale, j’ai apprécié le calme qui y règne. À mon arrivée, des boissons étaient gracieusement mises à disposition, une attention très appréciable. Le lit de la chambre principale était confortable. Hülya a été une hôte remarquable, offrant un accueil chaleureux et une attention constante tout au long du séjour. J’ai fortement apprécié son hospitalité. Je recommande !

Great location in Istanbul city center with easy access to attractions and transportation. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Responsive host Ahmet made check-in smooth - would recommend for a convenient stay in the heart of the city.

I’ve stayed with my parents and my husband in this lovely accommodation in December. The flat has 2 floors, with both bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a smaller terrace, and a smaller kitchen located on the lower one, and a large living room, the second bathroom, a kitchen with adjacent sitting area, and a larger terrace. For 4 adults, it was the perfect place. Spacious, all amenities (dishwasher, A/C, washing machine, a fan among those we used), anything you’d need in the kitchen, towels and extra bedding, too. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and the place smelled great and was in great condition. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is located very strategically 15-20 mins on foot from Antalya clock tower, with lots of great restaurants around. The hostess was very responsive and friendly and helped us out big time with recommendations. I would absolutely recommend it for bigger groups and would 100% stay here again!

Замечательная квартира. Владелец встретил в аэропорту. Мы предупредили что будем с двумя малышами и нам подготовили два стульчика для кормления, наборы детской посуды и целый шкаф игрушек и книжек. Есть детская кроватка, ванночка, детское банное полотенце, увлажнитель воздуха. Много дополнительных комплектов постельного белья и полотенец. Есть все необходимое чтобы ходить на пляж: зонтики, пледы, маски, игрушки для пляжа. Кухня просторная и в ней есть абсолютно все что может понадобиться для приготовления пищи и сервировки. Обеденный стол очень большой, удобные стулья. Отдельно отмечу элемент заботы о гостях - бутылка воды, тарелка фруктов, чай, сахар, чтобы отдохнуть, перекусить после дороги. Расположение квартиры отличное. Сразу возле нескольких супермаркетов, пешком до моря, под окном остановка общественного транспорта, рядом много ресторанов и кафе, близко два рынка и красивый вид с балкона. Рекомендую остановиться в этой квартире, особенно если путешествуете с детьми.

Все понравилось, миссис Бахтинур была отзывчивой. Во время нашего прибытия из-за ветра сломалась сушилка для одежды, Бахитнур отреагировала спокойно, вопрос был урегулирован🙏🏻🫂

Genel anlamda ev temiz ve 1-2 kişi için rahat kalınabilir. Muhiti güzel üniversiteye yakın. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli fakat uzun süre için bazı eksiklikler var. Bazı mutfak ekipmanları yetersiz. Yine de ev sahibi yardımcı oldu. Kaldığım dairenin balkonunun apartmandan girişi de olduğu için evden çıkarken ve gece uyurken kapıyı hep kapatmak durumunda kaldım ve bu da havalandırma problemi oluşturdu. Tavsiyem o kapıya bir demir kapı yapılması.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Topplek om hier wakker te worden, het geeft veel rust en om ieder moment het zwembad in te kunnen geeft je een grote voldoening. Veel ruimte, veel slaapkamers, een ideale plek om met een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen te komen. Zeker de moeite waard voor een volgende keer!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The area was wonderful and reminded me of winery town paintings. The area is great for shopping and acquiring items you can possibly need during a vacation. Definitely recommended!

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

We had a great stay at Şehnaz's apartment. The view is excellent and the flat is comfortable and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Şehnaz was extremely accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in a bit early and check out a bit late, which made a big difference when travelling with a baby! We'd happily stay here again.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev, ilandaki fotoğraflardan bile daha güzel ve tertemizdi. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü, detaylara verilen özen gerçekten çok hoşumuza gitti. Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve manzara balkon muhteşem , hem rahatlatıcı hem de ulaşımı kolay bir deneyim oldu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi — iletişim her zaman hızlı ve yardımcıydı. Ahmet bey rezervasyondan check-out’a kadar oldukça yardımcı ve ulaşılabilir oldu. Giriş saati bizim şehre varışımıza göre ayarlandı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, mutfak ve banyo gereçlerinde eksiklik yoktu. Wi-fi, sıcak su, ısınma gibi konularda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sitenin otoparkı olması önemli bir artı oldu. The apartment matches the description and photos, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. On Fridays, there’s live music in the nearby restaurants, and you can hear it in the apartment. It might seem a bit loud to someone , but if you enjoy entertainment, you’ll love it.

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

I really enjoyed staying with Ercan for a week. His apartment is clean and looks like the photos. The balcony is the best part - a peaceful way to start or end the day. The neighbourhood is in a quiet residential area but very close to the old city by tram or walk. I got off the tram at the B.onat tram stop where there was good fresh produce, restaurants and on the way home, grocery stores. I loved Lorien Coffee - good food/prices. The bed is a sofa bed as someone mentioned, and it was very comfortable; I slept really well. The room is bright with big windows that open. Ercan is a very kind and considerate host, he let me check in early. I would stay here again.
