I’ve stayed with my parents and my husband in this lovely accommodation in December. The flat has 2 floors, with both bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a smaller terrace, and a smaller kitchen located on the lower one, and a large living room, the second bathroom, a kitchen with adjacent sitting area, and a larger terrace. For 4 adults, it was the perfect place. Spacious, all amenities (dishwasher, A/C, washing machine, a fan among those we used), anything you’d need in the kitchen, towels and extra bedding, too. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and the place smelled great and was in great condition. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is located very strategically 15-20 mins on foot from Antalya clock tower, with lots of great restaurants around. The hostess was very responsive and friendly and helped us out big time with recommendations. I would absolutely recommend it for bigger groups and would 100% stay here again!

Great holiday rental! During the stay, Ilyas and particularly his wife Alena were incredibly polite and were answering my messages within seconds. Location is virtually unbeatable, very quiet and peaceful, yet everything you may need is within 5 min. walk: supermarket, full size shopping mall, pharmacy, ATMs , several green spaces with benches and tables. The apartment itself is as shown on pictures. Good kitchen, a couple of cooking pots & pans, variety of tableware, but for some reason just one teaspoon... Full size fridge and oven are a big plus! All the equipment throughout the apartment works perfectly. Very fast internet, more than enough for video calls and 4K streaming. Upon check-in, everything was clean, all the essential amenities such as dish/hand soap, toilet paper, and a full set of towels for each quest were provided. Comfortable bed, even the pull-out sofa in the living room!! Good water pressure in the shower.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners, Muammer and his brother, were very friendly and helpful without being “nosy”. They speak sophisticated English and we felt welcome as if we were at home. Whenever we had a question or requested the owners reacted directly and helpful. We could park our car right behind the house and could walk to the many nice shops and restaurants within minutes. The harbour from where the fishing boats and touring boats leave is like the beach just 4 minutes by foot. We also spent some time with our kids at the beautiful private swimming pool where we could grill the local fish on the spacious terrace. The house is in a quiet area and the rooms and beds are comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your beautiful house in Kalkan.

Great Villa with great location.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Mr. Ahmet was very helpful and available from the reservation to the check-out. The check-in time is set according to our arrival in the city. The house was clean and tidy, there was no shortage of kitchen and bathroom utensils. We didn't have any problems with things like wifi, hot water, heating. Having a parking lot on the site was a big plus. I will stay with peace of mind if my journey takes me back to the area

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.
