Charming cottage in lovely nature with sauna

Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights during the winter months.

This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

You live close to the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluice, crafts. The accommodation: Ground floor includes a small kitchen, distribution hall with staircase to 1 floor. bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV lounge. Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.
