House vacation rentals in Kawagoe

I used it with 22 people!It was more spacious and clean than I expected! It was a very comfortable trip! I don't think there's a place beyond this place when you use it for large groups. It's important to note that when you park at the inn, the road in front is quite narrow and there is a lot of traffic, so it's a good idea to ask someone other than people who don't usually drive or are confident in driving.

Used for the second time.It will be released from every day that is chased by time.You can relax without worrying about the eyes of the neighborhood.I was able to taste the lazy everyday life in a way.I'd love to stay again for a refreshing stay.

We stayed here as a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of us and our luggage. The storage room by the front door was extremely helpful. There’s a laundromat directly across from the house which was convenient having so many of us, and also a daiso and grocery store a short walk away. The location was close to the train and wasn’t too far from main locations around Tokyo- about 30-40 mins by train but we preferred this as the area was quiet and felt peaceful compared to staying in the centre of Tokyo. Also extremely easy to get to and from Narita airport via the Keisei line and skyline express train. The host was extremely helpful with any of our queries. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Koji was a very hospitable, and helpful host. Upon arrival we were greeted with a table full of snacks and delicious green tea. We had a group of 10 coming to visit Tokyo and needed a large space. The house is located within walking distance to Happy Road Market (lots of great restaurants) as well as the train station. Koji is very quick to respond and provided lots of restaurant recommendations. Thank you Koji!

it was a pleasant stay at mimamo-san's house. really comfy till we spent 4 night so quickly. and yes it's our first time sleeping in tatami bed. really interesting. the house is very well maintain. kids can watch their Netflix movie. speedy network wifi. the air conditioning makes the room warm, so we sleep very tight in night bcause in early november the weather is cold. just a short distance walk you will find family mart around the corner. and so many restaurant nearby. and the train station : "kita senju station" not very far from the house. I would say strategic location and lively at night. we are 4 adults and 2 kids. so it was perfect with 2 toilets and 1 bathrooms. mr. mimamo kindly offer us tatami bed in 1st floor for 1 person. and late check out until 12pm. thankyou for the hospitality. we would love to stay at your house if we're back to Tokyo.

Cozy cottage in a quiet residential area. Toru's cottage is clean, well equipped, and perfect for a BBQ getaway - not too far from central Tokyo and has a large enough outdoor area. The fireplace worked perfectly and would have been amazing if it was colder during our stay.

Great house in the best neighborhood!! House was very clean, all the sheets and pillows were spotless and comfy. It was spacious. The house has all the amenities you can wish for. House is warm and water is hot. It has 2 AC unit so you can adjust the temperature as you wish. House is very silent so you can get a good night sleep. It has high speed ethernet with very good connectivity. Location is superb, you can walk just 3 minutes and reach 3 metro lines with which you connect all other lines in tokyo go anywhere you want. Just 1 minute walk you can reach shops, restaurants and markets for your daily needs. Owner responded all our questions shortly with a care. If I come to tokyo I would stay here again, no doubt!!

I used it with four friends.The host was very polite in communicating in advance and after arrival, and I was able to use it comfortably.The house was a quaint space with a traditional Japanese house atmosphere.The BBQ venue was a private space and felt like it could be used even in the winter. We'd love to stay again.Thanks again.☺

Great location - we walked to and from Shinjuku station daily. Close enough to the buzz of Shinjuku but located in a quiet neighborhood, which we were all able to enjoy from our individual bedrooms’ balconies. The AirBnB was spacious, and fit all 4 of us adults comfortably with a bed to spare. Our group member who is 6’3” fit comfortably in the larger bed. Mizuki had the AirBnB fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially made use of the coffee bar and the washer/dryer. Written instructions with images were included for every appliance, which was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, made me feel like I was visiting an aunt’s home instead of a stranger’s. Mizuki offered to help with anything we needed and although we didn’t take her up on her offer, we knew she’d be someone we could reach out to in case something came up. Would definitely stay here again.

Toori was a great host, we were 5 adults and made great use of the spacious accommodation (sleeping, eating). We particularly liked the nearby train station, supermarket and stores.

Nikki’s place is an absolute gem. We love that the neighborhood is so peaceful yet very easy to navigate, just right for our trip’s purpose. Between the 4 of us traveling, we have just the right space. Not too big, but enough to live comfortably. Also, Nikki helped us a lot with our luggage transport and early luggage drop off! Bonus point for Kaminakazato Station having elevators that are easy to find. We will be back :)

Great house and great host. he leaves you with the necessities and is flexible. The house is 5 stars; just wanted to warn others that come during the week... it is not easy to find restaurants that are open, especially for dinner. Also, of you are walking, it is far: we did the walk several times and didn't bother us much, but thought someone else might want to know. None of this is against the house or the host, just want to ensure you know what you're getting yourself into.

This was our second time at Emi's place and we felt right back at our Tokyo home. Emi is always responsive and helpful and her home is nice and spacious so great for families with young kids. The toys were also a hit with the kids. The location near Asagaya JR station and Minami Asagaya subway station is also very convenient to travel around and Asagaya is such a great place for food and exploring in itself.

We've been travelling Japan for a month and this was our last home base. We couldn't have asked for a better way to end our trip than to stay at this lovely apartment located in a quiet, private area. The whole apartment has plenty of space, allowing all three of us to feel comfortable. The central part is really giving the traditional japanese vibe, and the views from the balcony are outstanding. Mr Uchimura welcomed us on our first day, showed us around, and gave us suggestions as to where we can go to eat, go shopping, etc. Ms. Lynn, with whom we stayed in touch throughout our whole stay, was always very responsive, kind, proactive, and definitely made us feel very well taken care of. 10/10 ‐ can't recommend enough :)

As Americans living in Japan, we were delighted the house had some American touches. It was equipped with a full size dishwasher which is rare in Japan. We also noticed the light switches were distinctly American as well as the outlets that were 3 prong. The location was a short walk to local cafes/restaurants and the JR train station. We were also able to access the trail along the river easily and walk to the local sake brewery.

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay with plenty of beds in a spacious space. It was fully equipped with facilities such as a projector and an espresso machine, as well as three types of shampoo and body soap, which gave me a very luxurious impression. We stayed with six of us this time, and they all raved about it. We'd love to stay again when we visit Tokyo.

This is such a gorgeous house. Spacious, all new cool appliances and such, nice interior, especially the playroom on the basement was such a fun place. We played pool every night. The house is in the convenient location but you can experience living in the residential area in Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants and stores are near by. Kyoko was very helpful in many ways. She was a great host. We will only stay in this house whenever we are in Tokyo. Kyoko, thank you very much for making our stay comfortable and fun.

Great getaway in the countryside. Cute functional and the hosts are communicative and helpful.

Amy is super friendly and responsive that ensures an easy check in/check out process. Extremely convenient location. We will be back next time we are in Tokyo!

Responsive and friendly host. Got discount for longer stay. House quiet spacious. Nice view. At night quiet noisy due to railway track nearby. But I not too sensitive to sound when sleeping. I’m okay with that. Got 1 free parking. Easy when you drive a car. Looking forward to stay here again in future.
