Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Kavač

Perfect location if you want easy access going to old town. The place is very near to everything you need in old town. It is surprisingly quiet during the night so we didn’t had problem sleeping.

It is a nice place to live in. The house is clean and comfortable. And the location is very good. You can even see a small part of the sea through the window. The parking lot is just in the front of the building. And the old town and the sea are in walking distance. The landlord is friendly and willing to help. Anyone who choose this house will not regret.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment and we had the opportunity to appreciate private parking inside of the building. 7 minute to reach the beach, stores are right near the building, I was in constant contact with Valentina, who was eager to help me with any questions. Accommodation looks exactly as advertised. The swimming pool is nice. Located closely by old town Budva (walking distance). The host Ivana was really nice and we appreciated her hosting. Room is being cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with Majda’s apartment. It was just as described, a stunning view out over the bay (the balcony was my favourite place) and all very clean and tidy. Majda was also always very quick to respond to any messages and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from her. The only thing I would say is that there was a faint smell of cigarettes when we first arrived, however after a couple of days of airing out it did fade (or we got used to it). Smoking in Montenegro is very popular so not necessarily surprised, just not a smell we personally wanted. Location wise we were very happy with it, we personally preferred being outside of Kotor which is very busy, as well as anyway from the main road and constant car noise. It is a very good base if you’re happy to either drive into Kotor or can cope with the walk (we didn’t personally walk due to the high heat, but it definitely would have been possible). Overall, would definitely recommend Majda’s apartment!

Everything was put in order and convenient to use. The host was very professional. He was responsive, supportive, and nice. The host told me a lot about the tourist tax that I had not known, which was really helpful to me.

Maria’s place has a great location (close to beautiful Perast, Tivat), amazing view and offers quite space to rest from daily sightseeing. We (family of 4) stayed there for 10 days and had an amazing time. Much recommended!

A very nice place to stay. A beautiful view to sit and enjoy and to wake up to. Very easy to get around. Walk down a few stairs to the waterfront and beaches. It's a very nice area. Street parking only but was not a problem. The Madam who check us in was a very nice lady. Thank you.
