The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. Some great information was given for local amenities and ideas for great walks in the Bavarian Alps. Thank you for your terrific contribution to a great time 😊

The interior of the house is very cozy and cute, a bit vintage, but not old. There are also plenty of kitchen supplies and some play equipment to play with! Although one of the three rooms will not have a heater and it is a little cold at night, you can sleep in the living room (the living room has a heater) and the sofa is also comfortable! The fireplace inside the house is to be heated with firewood, which is very cool! And the host responded quickly. One night, we urgently needed firewood, and the host sent it immediately after receiving the message! There is a prairie near the house, and you can enjoy the sunset when the weather is good🌅 I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

Cosy place for family of 5 for a short summer break. Close to SPAR for food shop, good eateries and central for lots of activities. Host was very welcoming and neighbours very friendly too. Would highly recommend.

A great little house on 2 floors with everything you need incl. Garden, which my dog particularly liked :-) Great quiet rural environment, beautiful scenery. Good excursion options. Whether with dog, child or alone...There is something for everyone.

We stayed with 8 people for three days with Tanja and Stephan and enjoyed the time very much. From the campfire to canoeing, everything was possible, we grilled and made ourselves comfortable. Thank you for everything.

I immediately felt at home. Cozy wooden house with everything you need. Old and new furniture very successfully combined. The adjacent street did not bother us at all. Beds were great and everything was really nice and clean. Very nice surroundings with great opportunities for leisure activities. Great bike paths and absolutely great views. I immediately fell in love with the house, the garden and the garden house with sauna. Possibility to charge an electric car and a garage to store a bike. In the kitchen everything you could need is available. A little noisy but did not bother us - wooden house. We'd love to come back, there are still enough bike tours left for us. Füßen and Schongau are nearby. Swimming pool in Schongau was the hit for the little ones. Clear recommendation from us. Thanks Kathrin

Stunning alpine modernist apartment, photos don’t do it justice! My brother and I enjoyed the views (from both balconies), the soothing sound of the river each night and a tv for movie nights! Perfect location. Was such an oasis after weeks of city travel. Fully stocked with blankets and comfortable beds. Very quiet, gorgeous wooden doors. Highly recommend.

Our family had an excellent stay of one week in spring. House is clean and has everything you need for family with (small) kids. Yvonne is very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of things to do in the neighborhood.

Thank you for this family- and four-legged friendly hostel. The apartment really had everything you need. Was clean and maintained. Vicky explained everything to us very well. The place was quiet and we had a great view. The kitchen invited you to cook, the living room to play. In 20-40 minutes you can reach some great sights, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Our highlight was the wood-burning stove, with which we could make cozy evenings. We just had great days and would always come back! 💕

Super quiet apartment, the train station is quickly reached. With the spa card, free use of public transport, so it's super relaxed. Parking spot outside the house. Everything in the village is within walking distance. Very good Wi-Fi. Very good bed. Rainy days can be enjoyed in the apartment. Be sure to go to Bregenz, to the lake stage and to the Pfänder. The hiking trails are good for strollers and grandmothers from the lowlands. A nice apartment to come back from vacation relaxed. A Lillet will always remind us of Steffi and Roland from Wasserburg🥰. This is the second year we've come to Mathias' place, it feels really good. The accommodation is very functional. the apartment is quiet surrounded by beautiful mountains. The proximity to the cities of Innsbrúk, Garmisch is a plus. Also close to the pretty little town of Mittenwald, which you don't get tired of going to. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

We also enjoyed our second stay at Christian's very much. The location is great, you can quickly get to Augsburg. We especially liked that it is very quiet and private.

Was very pleasant to communicate and the apartment had much space, with a nice bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was an excellent location walking distance to grocery store and the altstadt area. We really enjoyed the restaurant right across from the condo on a rainy evening when we didn’t want to walk far. The parking space outside was a huge blessing because we had a very tall rental van that doesn’t fit in many garages. The condo was very comfortable with great beds and enough room for our family of 6. We ate in the condo a couple of times as well with very comfortable table. The kitchen is well labeled to know where everything goes and there are great instructions on how to use things in the condo. The door to the condo locks automatically, so be careful! We accidentally locked ourselves out on our last evening and Christian was so very kind to arrange to come let us in. We were overwhelmed when it happened and they were so gracious to find a solution for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this condo!

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with every cooking tool. The location is particularly convenient given the proximity of a supermarket (50 meters) and the highway. I would definitely go back!
