Downstairs is the double bedroom with A/C! (box-spring 210 cm long) and the luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Upstairs is the living room with open kitchen including Air conditioning! Through the living room/kitchen, you can access a sunny private roof terrace. Coffee, tea, a nice bottle of wine and a cold beer are ready for you!

Due to the ideal location you are within 2 minutes on the beach or in the center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Holiday home 365 BEACHLIFE has: A private front door, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom under the roof and a seat outside. Parking is possible in the parking garage on the Boulevard 150m away. Beach pavilion Paal 14 and Beach pavilion surf and beach are our favorite!

One@Sea: upstairs Beach House near the sea.

Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

Studio no.3

Nieuwe studio, geheel van u! Dichtbij soldaat van oranje. De winkels, restaurant en fietsenwinkel voor het huren van fietsen vind u om de hoek. Ook het strand is maar 5 min met de auto van u vandaan. De studio beschikt over een keuken, douche, toilet en een 2 persoons boxspring. Knus maar fijn! Voor de garage is een klein zitje waar u buiten kunt zitten. Deze studio is helaas niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Onze studio bevind zich boven onze garage.

We offer a cozy and cozy holiday home with all the comforts. Completely renovated and nicely styled. You have a private entrance, a cozy place/ garden, and a barn to possibly place bicycles. At 800 meters from the beach and close to the dune a wonderful place to spend time. Furthermore, our holiday home is a good place to take trips to e.g. De Keukenhof. Leiden, Delft, Den Haag and Amsterdam can also be reached within half an hour by car.

This cottage by the sea was completely newly built in 2018 and has underfloor heating and perfect insulation. So you can stay here in summer but also in winter. It has a private entrance and a small piece of space where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard so you are around the corner of the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.
