Vacation rentals with a pool in Kato Paphos

I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

Had a great 10 days at the apartment. We hired a car for the duration and visited lots of places in the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Sonnys Restaurant 10 mins west. Also The House restaurant 15mins NW. the local supermarket had most things you need and there's a Lidl 5 mins drive away. The local pizza restaurant was ok as was the restaurant next door. Coral bay up the coast is a good beach and good restaurants and the sea caves beach was fantastic up the coast. The sunset views from the apartment on the upper balcony were beautiful. Like home from home, highly recommend Stephan & Francois' apt. Our only complaint is that the double bed was too hard!

Wonderful place in a gated holiday home community. The pool was still open. The Appartement was as described. Beautiful place. Full Kitchen with every equipment you need. The beds were cosy. The bathrooms clean. The sofa was not the most comfortable and quite used as was the couch chair. But the garden furniture was very comfy and we enjoyed it a lot to spend time in the sun. Used the wooden fireplace once. That was also perfect. TV with an open Netflix account. Free parking right in front of the door. Nice Beach in walking distance. We walked twice to the city Center for dinner. That’s a 20-30 min walk. We enjoyed it a lot. We can highly recommend this place. :)

Great accommodation - comfortable, stylish, lots of personal touches. Located walking distance between seafront and old town. Well-equipped kitchen, air-con throughout, comfortable beds. Access to a pool and parking was also bonus. Comms were excellent and check-in was easy. Hosts were also flexible with check-out. Highly recommend. One of my top airbnb experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

Our stay at this villa was AMAZING! We were so happy with everything. The communication and help from Matheos throughout our booking process and stay was great. The location was peaceful but only a few minutes in the car to Coral Bay and 20 minutes to Paphos city. The villa looked exactly like the pictures and was gorgeous and had all the facilities listed. They also left all the equipment we needed and asked for our baby. Can’t rate this place enough! Thank You so much!

This place was so beautiful. Lovely private pool (cold in november so be prepared) and beautiful quiet location. You need a car if you stay here. The host Margarita was so lovely. She provided us with candies, chips, coffee, tea and lots more! She always replied instantly.

The apartment was great and beautiful - the view is sooo stunning 🤩 !! Also really quit and we have slept so well - we have heard only the waves which was so amazing!! Had a 2 week stay , wonderful apartment , spotlessly clean , spacious and so well equipped, had everything you could need , lovely location , Alina was super helpful , great communication from the start , even let us stay an extra few hours on departure, we would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again , a real home from home

Great place to stay. 2 balconies so you have sun all day! Very clean and comfortable apartment and walking distance to the shops/restaurants! Would stay here again if I'm in the area!

Clean and beautiful apartment with a central location in Paphos. All sights such as the Tombs of the Kings, the harbor and the city center are within walking distance.

We loved our stay here. Very clean apartment, great amenities (pools, gym etc), and the terrace is huge! A really nice coffee shop is just a few feet away. Check in was seamless and Kevin was able to check us in early. Parking right by the unit is handy if you have groceries etc. The kitchen has all the basic items suitable except no coffee maker (though coffee shop is very close by). I would not hesitate stay at this unit again, it checked all the boxes. Thank you Kevin!

Glenis appartment is a little jewel in the middle of a Natural Reserve. Extremely well located (with a lovely view on the sea from the terrace), you can easily walk down to the sea caves and swim in the turquoise water. The white cliffs are so romantic, and the area really quiet. If you like holidays far from mass tourism, this is definitely the place. We enjoyed a lot of trails in the West and North of the islands (in the mountains, by the sea, in the gorges...) and ended up eah day in a nice restaurant recommended by Jane. Jane - who lives in Cyprus - took great care of us upon arrival. We were welcomed with fruits, drinks and other food in the fridge. She was very responsive to all our questions and gave us full of useful advice as to where to go and have lunch/dinner. She was very kind to us and made our trip really special. Thank you Glenis and Jane. I will recommend this appartment to my friends without hesitation.

Vicki is an excellent host and took care of all our needs. We felt at home and didn't lack anything. Unreservedly recommended!!
