Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kato Paphos

I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

Our stay in the house was wonderful. Sparkling clean house , with all the facilities, fantastic pool. Mr. Pambos (owner) was impeccable in the communication we had. I highly recommend the house for quiet and nice holidays in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay the place was fantastic and very comfortable, would recommend to stay again! Was about 25mins walk to the harbour/mall, 35min walk to tomb of the kings, close to the hotel strip and access to lots of restaurants also a minimarket 5min walk away was great overall. Place was clean and tidy, quiet location with a communal pool available.

Everything was perfect and Christos is very hospitable and friendly.

Martin and Olga were amazing hosts! They were super responsive and always ready to help (they let us check out later for 3 hours; were ready to provide and bring us additional stuff which even wasn't present at the villa etc.). The villa is really beautiful, brand new, clean and fancy. You can find in it anything you need and even more for comfortable stay. The place itself is super quiet and stunning. Nature around is just breathtaking! Difficult to describe this perfection with words. You have to see it with your own eyes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It’s clean, beautiful, and exactly as described. We especially loved the terrace, where you can enjoy private moments in the mornings and evenings. The breathtaking view of the sea and mountains is beyond words! The pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We had a great vacation even without a car, as we wanted to take a break from driving. However, if you wish to explore the area more, we recommend renting a car. You can walk to the large Philippos supermarket or take a taxi. There’s also a fantastic lounge restaurant, Legends, just 10 minutes away on foot, as well as a small market with all the essentials. The hosts were always available and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for your hospitality and warm welcome! This was an unforgettable stay, and we’ll definitely come back again!

My family and I (children aged 4 & 7) had an amazing vacation at the Villa. The village itself is gorgeous and we'll decorated. Doros and Katerina the hosts are incredibly welcoming, warm people and are very helpful. From the Villa you have a great view of the sea and we spent a lot of time by the pool or on the balcony just enjoying the sun and the view. In the evenings we enjoyed family meals and movies. The nearest beaches are about a 2 minutes drive(with kids it's harder to walk) but we found the it worth the extra three to four minute drive to go to other beaches. Close by you have supermarkets and restaurants and Paphos city center is just a 10 minutesl drive away. We definitely can highly recommend a vacation the Nireas Villa.

We stayed here last year and this year it was just as lovely! The place is easy to check in, very clean and felt right at home when we got there. Kiosk right next door with everything we needed, and near everything we wanted to do. Thank you Adrean for a great stay again

The accommodation was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Shops, restaurants and Venus Beach all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the charming Summer Forever Townhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views and serene atmosphere .The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with cozy, rustic charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows just right. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The private terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening drinks. The pool was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the sun and our kids made friends. everyone spoke well of James.Loved relaxing in the Townhouse & chatting with the locals.

Kristis was the perfect host. He responded quickly to questions and was super helpful. The apartment is in the centre of the village and we loved it there. We would stay here again.

Dagmara is an always friendly, responsive, and proactive host. She even shared local suggestions with us! We spent 6 happy weeks in her flat, all without a rented car. The place is well-connected with two bus stops nearby, taking you to the Tombs of the Kings bus station and the Harbour. The former is a major station with buses to Venus Beach, Coral Bay, the airport, and more. The apartment is just minutes from the inter-city bus station, offering direct routes to major cities. It's super spacious, with A/C in both bedrooms—a must-have in Cyprus during the summer. If you leave the bedroom doors open, the A/C keeps the entire apartment pleasantly fresh. The Wi-Fi is very reliable, sufficient for 6 weeks of remote work, though we switched to cellular data during video calls. We highly recommend the apartment to almost anyone, except perhaps light sleepers due to occasional noise from neighbors from downstairs and the town. We’ll be happy to come back!

The place is great, nicer and cozier than in the pictures. You can see that someone put a lot of effort in it. Everything is provided and the goat is kind and responsive. The place is a bit on the hill and has nice views as well. My family and I really enjoyed the stay 🥰

Marvellous view on Paphos lighthouse and its beach, silent and peaceful place, you can see and hear the waves of the sea ! Big 2 rooms appartment. Localisation of the flat is excellent : a few minutes walk from the modern shopping mall (Kings Avenue Mall), bus stop just near the flat allowing you to go either to the port (15 min walk), to the City center or to Corala Bay (most beautiful beach in Pafos and one of the best in Cyprus) Place worth to be recommended ! Only small remark: there are stairs to access the appartment. We will come back for sure! Thanks Liudmila for your warm welcome !

It was a lovely stay at Jo's place. During the travel period, the club was closed across the street, so it wasn't as noisy as expected. Everything you needed was there in the accommodation (a toaster would have been great).
