Monthly Rentals in Kato Marathi

We stayed in the villa for four nights. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We felt more like we were on a typical Greek family vacation as they were no other resorts or hotels nearby and most everyone was Greek. The public beach is very crowded on Sundays but other than that it was very pleasant with crystal clean water and lovely sunsets. The restaurants across the street had fantastic views, and were very reasonable prices. The neighborhood seem very safe and our kids were able to walk back-and-forth to the beach and the small market without any concern. I would suggest that you bring portable speaker as there is no mordern music sytem in the house and it was nice to have some tunes by the pool as we spent a lot of time there. The sports courts and ping-pong table were also a major bonus for outdoor fun. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a vacation different than the big resorts.

The place was great, was exactly what we had seen in the pictures. The communication was great. We had a minor issue and they were very quick to reply and come help. Great experience.

I can highly recommend this place and Javi's hospitality! I had a wonderful time at the beginning of April in the low season. The accommodation is clean, very modern and the outdoor area is a highlight! The beach is a 5-minute walk away and there are small restaurants. A car is necessary for shopping and excursions. Javi is flexible, helpful and very friendly! It was not my last time in Javi's area.

We had a wonderful week at the house. Communication was easy and fast. Various questions were always responded to quickly and kindly. The location was (for us) fantastic. The adjacent tavern provided us with food, the staff always very friendly and helpful. The daily flights of the jets and helicopters of the military base did not bother us in any way. It wasn't all day either:). The small supermarket just across the street was worth gold. The spacious terrace has served a wonderful service - we had a relaxed and relaxing holiday.
