Vacation rentals in Kato Assos

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment to the fullest! It is spacious and every corner is perfect to sit and enjoy the view right next to Palamidi. Close to everything, you can walk to the old town and points of interest, but also with great dining options just across the street. (Souvlomagies to try!) Even though the weather was rainy and we couldn't do much walking, we enjoyed our stay and the amenities! The house has everything you need!

The only regret about staying here is that we didn’t book more time! The house is a great location to explore the area’s Mycenaean and Classical museums and ruins, not to mention the beaches. The house itself is so charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay. And that view! Well, it’s spectacular. Best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. Panos is a gem of a host. We hope to come back one day.

10 out of 10. Everything was superlative. Ms Georgia is a wonderful host, we had very good and reliable communication. The location is top, directly on the beach. The sunrise you can see it right from the bed!!! I have no words to describe how nice it was, how much we loved it, I can confess that we charged our batteries. It was exactly what we were looking for for a few days of relaxation, quiet, friendly and kind people. The cottage is super clean, equipped with everything you need, very well taken care of. Even if it was low season, I can say that there are enough locations where you can eat, fresh fish, seafood, traditional Greek desserts, where you can have a specialty coffee. The location was beautiful, had a great view looking out at the water and mountain. Niko was very responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. The house was very clean and was a well put together place. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Dimitri truly went above and beyond to be an exceptional host. When our car broke down on the way to the house, we called him for help, and he was incredibly supportive. He quickly found a nearby car repair shop and even drove there to pick us up. On top of that, he gave us a personalized tour of the area and recommended several fantastic restaurants, all of which were spot-on. The house is spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. There are windows and balconies all around. There is fast internet and TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, making coffee, tea, toast, and paninis. Overall, the house includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. This was one of the most pleasant airbnb experiences we’ve had so far!

Great place to relax, a very nice cottage inside, a TV with the option to log in to Netflix/Disney/Youtube and more, a comfortable bed, a large pool, and a well-maintained garden where you can sit. Highly recommend, I am very happy with my stay :))

This is a lovely former farmhouse consisting of one charming room (bathroom attached) and a spacious covered terrace. You are on the main square of the little village and - if you wish - take part in the local social life. Directly opposite is a lovely taverna serving excellent food (above all grilled meats). The family who runs the taverna also takes care of the house. You can have your food in the taverna (recommended) or have it served to the house. Extremely practical! A lovely stay

This is our third stay at this property. Everything is new and impeccably clean. Whatever the season we like to take advantage of the large shaded terrace and direct access to a pretty beach through a private gate. Private parking is also a great asset. Several very good quality restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. After a day of activities, it's nice to fall asleep with the sound of the waves.
