Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

Ana was super nice, amazing communication! we had a great time. Well located. beach near by. shops also super close. villa was very clean, pool was amazing. cleaning service was the most impressive ive seen in my life. 10/10 experince. I would definitely stay there again!! very well priced for what you get.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Benoit’s villa , we reserved the Van for pick up us from air-port also the other days of the trip, drivers are nice and the staff are friendly. When we have problems with using the bathroom they fixed it immediately. The villa looks extremely beautiful , just as the pics , we enjoy the villa so much.

We had a great time at this villa. It was clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The hosts were amazing—very friendly and helpful. They even booked a van for us, which made things really easy. They also sent us a really useful PDF with info about the area, places to eat, and things to do. It helped a lot during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dr. Supot's house. It had all the amenities listed on AirBnB. It has a full-size functional kitchen (minus an oven, which is rarely seen in Thailand). We were grateful for the peace of mind of the safe, which we made good use of, and the double-locking front door. We had smooth communications with Dr. Supot's staff. They responded immediately and positively to every question we had, and when we had a problem they immediately had it repaired. The house is on a quiet side street, and you really can walk to the local 7-11 (which are everywhere in Phuket). The street is narrow so you have to park close to the curb; you also get lots of practice backing out. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity, and we used the Grab app often for food deliveries. A favorite is the Zurich Bread Factory. The area is a great place to go in any direction on Phuket. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was simply perfect: quiet, cozy, with a well-thought-out interior and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Suparnee is a fantastic host- very attentive and helpful. The house is exactly as we see in the photographs- very clean, very well appointed, everything that one might need for their stay is there. The house has a porch in the front and and one at the back where you we spent a good amount of time when we were not outdoors, the house is surrounded by eateries and the beach is also not very far away. The Jacuzzi is an added feature which we enjoyed on a rainy day. Most importantly one feels very secure in knowledge that Suparnee is there to help out if there be a need. Suparnee welcomed us very warmly with brownies made by her daughter, she and her husband even took us to a local market where we met her family and friends. This market is meant primarily for the local community, on our own we could never have found it. It was a great way to get to know the real Thai people. My husband and I stayed in this house for 5 days and we loved it. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

From February 1 to March 16 we rented a condo in Pattaya Southpoint! The host met us perfectly, kindly! The apartment is clean, bright, everything for a comfortable stay is available! The view is great, as ordered! The only disadvantage is that there is no water dispenser nearby, but the host put a cooler for us at the reception, for which we are very grateful! We liked everything! We'd love to come back again!

I think Egbert and Marieke's house is the pearl of ao yon beach. Last year we stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. it was so magical that I will never forget it with its memories.., garden and elegance. this year i experienced this wonderful two-storey villa with terrace on the upper floor. i felt like i was reborn in this house with really stylishly thought out details and high quality. it was amazing to be able to chat with the birds on the terrace every day, just to hear and listen to them. in a villa your neighbors are only the birds! :) When you feel and experience this wonderful bay, i think most incredible and privileged experience in this house could be. thank you for everything. love you both 💜 see you again :)

The villa was perfect! The amenities are nice. Rooms are vey comfortable and much bigger than we expected, perfect for families and big groups of friends. Surin beach is beautiful. The villa is good distance to restaurants and shopping too. Alice and her colleagues took really good care of us. They prepared an authentic Thai dinner and set up romantic tables for us, which really impressed my fiancée. We’ve already recommended it to our friends who are looking to come in the summer!

We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. Me, my family and friends had a great experience at Rics place. He and his son were great host and though we had a very minor water issue he and his son handled it immediately. This place is really a great place to stay and when I return to Thailand I'll plan to stay there again❤️

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!
