Vacation rentals with a patio in Kathu District

Great place close to everything, but still in a quiet, private area. Beautiful apartment. Big and spacious.

We were a family of four, and the stay was great for a family. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Kamala Beach. Check-in was smooth, as the manager met us upon arrival during the day. The host communicated well throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a sink blockage that wasn’t fixed, but overall, we had a good experience. Would recommend!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The property was stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive—whether it was arranging a motorbike sticker or checking in about my health, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, and I can’t wait to visit again very soon!

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

we loved Staying here. when we first got to Phuket our hotel was absolutely horrific. Alex was quick to reply when we needed to emergency book het place and honestly her condo saved our trip. We loved the space. It was large and clean and modern. The view from the bedroom was outstanding and we also had a fun pool view from the living room balcony. the swim up bar and the entire pool area was great. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo is in a great location too, close to everything! highly recommend staying here!

The place was a dream! We used several accommodations, but this place was one of our favorites. :) In Thailand, it is apparently customary for electricity/water to often be billed separately. Everything was very fairly documented and settled. We were 4 people, not economical but not wasteful either. In the end, there was another €100+. Cheaper than in Germany, but worth mentioning:) Highest recommendation!

a quiet location very near the beach. tbh one of the most underrated beach. Kamala beach. there's a motorbike rental just outside the listing. place is clean and amenities are available and easy to find. recommended

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

Spacious and clean apartment located in a quiet area of Patong. Plenty of stores and restaurants etc. nearby. The atmosphere at the apartment is very relaxed and the views are fantastic. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, with good communication throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Ning is a lovely host and is available to answer all your questions. The location of the condo is great, shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaraunt nearby. The condo building felt safe and clean overall. Nings place was cosy, safe and clean. The only few things I would change are: - The mat in the bathroom is stuck to the floor so it stays damp and sometimes creates a smell. - The dining table and chair are extremely small as if for children. - The synthetic bedding is not very comfortable. But other than that all the appliances work, and it looks just like the pictures.

Exactly as was described, both host and co host were extremely responsive throughout the stay. Peaceful and easy check in and close to all your needed amenities.

Takuba was a quick place matching the pictures of the apartment, a beautiful experience, and I repeat it

I like Dev's place. It's near the beach but still quiet. I will stay here again if i'm here.
