Vacation rentals with a patio in Kathmandu

It’s a perfect place for a family, peaceful and quite located just few mins away from Boudha stupa. Dawa is very responsive and helpful. He would always answer our call and help us whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at Bishnu’s apartment in the Bhatbhateni Apartments in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kiran was an excellent local host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. Ramesh will help in airport pickup, dropoff and excursions at unbeatuable prices! Ramesh and his family represent what AirbnB was supposed to be and what a true traveller should look for: LIVING truly in the country you visit, with the locals. It was located close to the airport, so it was easy to get around. We checked in late but our group was very happy because of the host's friendly hospitality. The 4 rooms were in the best condition and the living room and kitchen were convenient to use. I stayed for a short time, but I want to come again next time.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

It was great staying at this place in Kathmandu, as it is a peaceful area very close to the Maitidevi temple, the location initially looks very deep inside the alley but you get comfortable with it very soon as the neighbourhood is friendly. The host was always responsive to any query we had during our stay. The caretaker is also friendly and quickly resolved any problems or queries we had during our stay.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.
