Monthly Rentals in Kathikas

Absolutely loved this place, just the 1 glass fronted wooden hut, surrounded by hills and with a sea view 🙌 Beautifully decked out, everything done well and star gazing from the hot tub was a real treat. Hosts were also very lovely, we hope to return for another stay!

Staying at Marinos house was such a unique experience. The house is well equipped, including all the kids items you need. It is so peaceful and comfortable and so special to stay in a cypriotic traditional house with so much comfort. Marinos was extremly friendly, always available and helpful. We loved our stay and would definetly come back.

Location was superb, dual aspect views- mountains and ocean. Welcome pack, toiletries etc were great including a bottle of bubbles and the owners freshly picked oranges :) The owner, Christian was prompt and friendly with prior communications and was a pleasure to meet on the holiday a were his staff who were also very helpful & friendly. Accommodation: very spacious and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had all utensils/pans etc to make meals if required. Large Bed/Pillows were very comfortable with additional lightweight throws if required. Bathroom was also a good size, great shower and plenty of hot water. A home from home. Poolside was very comfortable, loungers/seats/ shade brollies/ tables, beautiful views of the mountains to enjoy in a peaceful setting. Plenty of local walks, good public transport if required, wonderful birdlife and fauna. Restaurants/ bars good value for money/friendly staff, only a short walk albeit some short inclines.

Highly recommended place to stay at 🙂 We arrived by car and it was easy to find it by the instructions. The place was modern, clean, well-equipped and looked just like on the pictures. A view from the balcony was especially gorgeous, it was incredible to sit down there and enjoy the sea and the sunset. Rudi was also friendly with us, and was quick to respond to our messages and questions. Thank you Rudi! 🙂
