Monthly Rentals in Katepwa Beach

Girls weekend! Overall had a great stay! Some of the highlights include very comfortable and clean beds, a tv in the master bedroom, lots of space if needed for air mattresses, lots of towels, the kitchen had plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cutting boards, knives, scissors, pots and pans, dish soap, dish tabs and lots more. Keurig with pods available. Finding the place was a little tricky because it’s on a one way off the main road and I missed the turn more than once and had to go around in a big circle a few times hehe. Paved driveway fits 3 cars/suv’s. Fire pit area with chairs and wood available as well as a fire starting kit. Large yard with grass and hot tub was amazing in the chilly evenings! We also went for a walk to the beach which was quick and easy to find. Mark was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend!!

Our stay was the first one in our travel list. We are doing stays for my daughter who's terminal and so we wanted to get all the kids and cousins together for a beautiful stay so my daughter could be around the kids in her family. It was close enough to home in case anything happened. There was a few things we couldn't figure out but the hours were so responsive and had their friend from down the street come and help us during our stay! The views were amazing and the hottub was relaxing and perfect! we went at the right time, barely anyone's at their beach homes and the ice was crackling, it was just getting warm with super clear skies at night for star gazing. It was honestly perfect! 🥰 Thank you so much for hosting us, we all had so much fun!

Cary had complimentary snacks and drinks for us. Easy to check in and out. Communication was really good. Awesome place to stay!

Stan’s place was great! It was perfect for us and our girls - and was in nature which we prefer - but still close enough to town to get what we want. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. When we needed additional instructions for the location, Stan was extremely helpful in making sure we arrived safely to our destination and was so kind and proactive. We will definitely book here again in the future for our little family.
