The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Dave is a super host! The house is very clean and modern. We planned the arrival and check-in together with the host and assistant. We also received an overview of all the nearby attractions. We were very satisfied and will definitely book the house again.

The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The place was really good. The Area Kamala has great vibe very beautiful beaches. The place was clean and looks very beautiful just like images. Hosts were super helpful and fast. Overall it was awesome stay.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Host Jiena provided a nice and decent stay. The location is excellent — within walking distance to Walking Street and Patong Beach. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Good house for relax in quite place.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

We loved staying at this home. The property is a long walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hasty mornings on the deck with cats and hens the most.

Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

The best holiday!! The beach house was beautiful.. right on the beach. One can walk the beach side and go to numerous beach clubs, eateries etc. The decor was tasteful, the rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Though the beach house is part of the restaurant, there was no sound. The service was great - very fast and Maxime was very proactive and helpful with all our requests. We have been to Phuket many times and I can say this one was the best stay. Our hangout place was the table outside- for breakfast, play games, watch sunsets and hang out till late in the night.
