Ev aynen fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Evin kendisi de havuz da gayet temiz. Eşyalar yeni. Kalkan merkezine arabayla 15-20 dakika mesafede. Marketlerse yaklaşık 1 km mesafede, arabayla geldiğinizde bu konuda hiç sorun yaşamazsınız. Park sorunu da yok. Herhangi bir problem olursa Ramazan Bey'le hızlıca iletişime geçebiliyorsunuz, kısa sürede cevap veriyor sağ olsun. Çok sakin bir yer. Gelecek senelerde de gidip kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Just back from a five week holiday at Dolphin View in Ayse's apartment which was clean well presented and reasonably well equipped. As the apartment is in B block it was adjacent to the pool, which we pretty much had to ourselves. There are a number of stages of steps down from the road but they were not a problem for us. On the two occasions we contacted Ayse her response was prompt and positive. The small shop and the Zaika restaurant are a short walk up the road as was the regular Dolmus town bus service.

A welcoming entrance is showcased with a decorative arch sign labeled 'Villa Safran.' Stone pathways lead to the villa, surrounded by manicured greenery and steps that ascend towards the house. Natural light bathes the area, highlighting the exterior design.

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. The standout feature was undoubtedly the stunning pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Osman, our gracious host, made sure the pool remained pristine, even taking the time to clean it after our extended use, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our needs while also respecting our privacy, striking the perfect balance between being a gracious host and allowing us to enjoy the villa to the fullest. Cragos house was so cozy and lovely place, with so good energy. The private location and the Mountain views from the house were amazing and calming. You can enjoy daytime to relax under sun and enjoy the views around you. We had rental car to visit nearby places and groceries. The kitchen is very well equipped. I really loved the galactic lamp in the bedroom. The host was very responsive, lots of great recommendations and help when needed. We wish we could stay longer. You just can relax all day in the garden without driving anywhere. :) Thank You and Mr Adem!!

Я прекрасно провел мини отпуск в этой квартире. Она находится на горе, но всего в 4-5 минутах от центра города на авто. Рядом есть супермаркеты и кафе. Квартира укомплектована всей необходимой мебелью и посудой. Она чрезвычайно подходит для уединенного отдыха. Терраса прекрасная. Я проводил практически все время на ней. В качестве небольшого минуса хотел бы отметить низкое расположение светильников, которые я все время задевал головой, но вероятно эта проблема только для людей ростом выше 182 см. С удовольствием вернусь!

Lüks bir deneyimdi. Öncelikle, ev sahibimiz bizi sicak bir sekilde karsiladi her konuda yardımcı oldu.❤️❤️❤️ Kendimizi evimizde hissettigimiz kadar rahat hissettik. Harika panoramik manzara, Havuzdan deniz manzarasi ve yemyeşil doğa manzarası güzeldi . Herşey Ayni resimdeki gibi güzel ve cok temiz. çarşaf nevresimler tertemiz beyazdi. Tüm elektronik ekipmanlar sorunsuz çalisti. Temiz, modern ve ihtiyaciniz olan her seye sahipti .Kiralik bir aracimiz oldugu için konum Uygun, sehir merkezine gitmek 10 dakikadan az surüyor. Bir bonus, köşedeki süpermarket ve pizza/pide restorani 2 dakika yurüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrica arabayla 10dakika uzaklikta güzel bir plajlar da bulunmaktadir. Bu plajlar konaklamamizi harika hâle getirdi. Ödenen tutarin tüm degerine sahip bir villa.

Fantastic stay! We had a fantastic 8 night stay in this beautiful modern villa. The villa was exactly how it was in the pictures. The views from both inside and outside of the villa were absolutely amazing - sea view & Mountain Views! The space inside and outside the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the sofa, it was really comfortable! The villa was higher than the neighbouring villas so was not over looked, so we had total privacy! The host Mehmetali was lovely and was quick to respond to our phone messages. He was always available to help.The location of the villa was excellent. Only 5 minute drive to the town centre and 5 minute walk to the to the local Supermarket. A beautiful villa, highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my family had an amazing stay here. The view is magical, the host were really great and welcoming and always responded within seconds. Pool was always clean, the guy comes to clean it and take the trash every morning. Villa is nicely located, with a private parking spot for the car. Supermarket is about 1 min away 👍🏼 On the downside however, which I know is important for many people is that it’s not completely private.. people can pretty much get a clear view at the terass and pool from the villas on its left and right. Last but not least good to know that it’s not the fanciest villa with great interior. But nothing that we cared that much about. Main thing it was clean with clean furnitures. Besides these two things, I strongly recommend 🙂👍🏼

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly peaceful and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was very practical, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was friendly and approachable, always available if I needed anything, and it was easy to get in touch with her. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't significantly affect my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, die Klimaanlage sorgte stets für angenehme Temperaturen und die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich. Unsere Wünsche wurden ausnahmslos erfüllt und der Gastgeber war jederzeit bereit, uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen weiterzuhelfen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt einfach perfekt – wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Sadik was a very welcoming and helpful host that went above and beyond to provide a place that felt like home. He and his family clearly care a lot about their guests. The place has a soul, is beautifully decorated including all the necessities. The location is peacful but with easy access to Kas by car. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kas.

Doğa içinde kusursuz döşenmiş bir ev. Tertemizdi. ev sahibi Serkan Bey'in kendi evi de hemen yan tarafında olup, ihtiyaç anında hemen geri dönüş alınabiliyor. Eşinin ikram ettiği ekmek ve meyveler çok güzel bir jestti. Çok rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. bunun için her ikisine de teşekkür ederim.

Merci Ibrahim, toutes les instructions étaient claires. La cuisine hyper-équipée en ustensiles et en petits électroménagers - Nespresso, machine à café turc, bouilloire, mixer, presse fruits,…Une décoration authentique. Une vue époustouflante. Des abords fleuris. Des chambres spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Le logement est situé en hauteur à proximité de la supérette riche en articles de tout genre alimentaire et non alimentaire, les alcools, articles de plages,… Une navette vous relie en 3 minutes maximum à la piscine et à la beach (passage toutes les 10’ ). Des restaurants super bon sur Kalkan mais aussi tout proche comme ‘Aciktim’. Seul hic: l’absence de climatisation au rez de chaussée qui est compensé par un ventilateur.

Ev sahibimiz Nurettin bey ve Hacer hanım çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler. Süit ne istersek bulabileceğimiz olanaklara sahipti ve tertemizdi. Çarşıya ve plaja arabayla 10 dk mesafede bulunuyordu. Biz ailecek konaklamadan çok keyif aldık gelecek olanlara şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum
