Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

What a special place. From the bedroom you look straight out onto the sea and can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the terrace. We loved our time in this piece of heaven. Few things to note, the houses are on the hill side, about a 2 minute walk down to the sea side. Each house has its own little sea side terrace. Since we went on the off season (in November), ours was not set up and the bar was closed. But this was to be expected since it was so quite and no one was around. The house is advertised with a heated pool, but you do have to pay extra for this. We paid 150 euro for three days to have the pool heated, which made for a very enjoyable swimming experience but was an extra charge we had to plan for. There are great grocery stores just a short drive into town with lots of restaurants as well to choose from. We loved cooking at the house and eating on the terrace, it was so peaceful and the view was something truly special. We would love to come back to Kalkan!

We liked the house, it is beautiful, authentic, there are many bright details of pleasant eyes. There are air conditioning in the bedrooms, which saved a lot of time in the heat, as well as air conditioning in the living room, where we also spent a lot of time, the appliances that were used were working (washing machine, kettle, etc.), but upon arrival there was a smell of antiquity, which weathered overnight. Only one normally functioning shower, there were four of us, so we did not have to wait for a long time. There is an observation deck nearby, literally a 30 minute walk. Beautiful view from the terrace to the mountain and the city. It is necessary to take into account the fact that it is difficult to get to it from the city without a car and when they ordered food to the house, all couriers could not find it immediately, so be prepared that you will have to communicate with them, and not always in English. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. In general, it's a pleasant feeling like a childhood that I came to visit my grandmother in the village. Thanks for the hospitality!

We spent a fantastic getaway in this particularly well-kept villa. The view was wonderful and you could look at beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The decor was very tasteful and all well equipped. Askin and Okan also left nothing to be desired and were always helpful. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice days 💖

A lovely villa exactly what how it was described. In a private location, good sized rooms. Excellent communal area facing the pool. Each bedroom was well equipped with very effective AC which was vital to cope with the heat. During our stay temp rose to 38•C. However the key highlight of villa was the deep pool. Me and my family spent most of our day in the pool cooling off. No real problems any small niggles were immediately remediated. Well done to Hilary and her team. I would highly re recommend!

We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

Sage House is a little piece of heaven, the location is perfect, it’s beautifully designed and so peaceful. Olivia and Suha are wonderful hosts, I didn’t want to leave! ❤️❤️

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

View from terrace was even better than the pictures on air bnb. Very satisfied.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Our experience at Kozy apartment was pleasant from the very beginning when we were invited to join a breakfast with the staff while waiting for the previous guests' check out/cleaning. The apartment was exactly as described: very clean and supplied with everything you need for the stay. No issues with air conditioning (the units are in both rooms and worked perfectly) and the shower, I guess, is now fixed so no mess as a result of having a shower as it was previously noted in the reviews. Although the apartment is very close to all the tourist attractions, restaurants etc. the surrounding (the area and the street) was very quit. The closest beach (Küçük Çakıl Plajı - "small pebble beach") is in walkable 5 minutes distance (turn to to the left from the entrance and take the stairs all the way down to the beach). And yes, the sunrises, sunsets as well as the sea view were as advertised - totally amazing and mind blowing experience! Thank you and we will definitely book it again!

Wow! What an amazing 11 nights we spent at Villa Narnia. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are 3 large double bedrooms, all with en-suites and fabulous terraces with spectacular views over Kalkan. The pool area is great and although there are villas around, it’s a really private and a lovely peaceful space. Great location with a short walk downhill into town which we managed fairly easily with a pushchair. If you considering villa narnia just book it! We had the most wonderful time. The villa has everything we needed and more. Thank you Selma! Thank you also to Nadat who was there to meet us on arrival and help us with our bags.

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

Stayed here with my friends for the second time. Villa is super comfortable and has everything you may need, including wonderful views of course. The host is very helpful and resolves any issues and needs quickly. The staff is just perfect, doing all the necessary cleaning and they cook delicious food if you order it, which I can definitely recommend! A pleasant and satisfying stay, 10/10.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

A fabulous villa on a private community above Kalkan. Great views of the bay. Great amenities. A lovely pool and tidy garden. There on site restaurant and 25 metre pool were a big attraction for us. The only minor issue we had was the stray dogs - they chewed things that were left out and stole a shoe. (which the staff on the estate found).

We had a great time in the villa. Everything was spotless. All were nearby by car, easy to reach. Hosts were warm and available. The hygiene is impeccable, I have nothing to repeat. Thank you so much for the few days we spent. Everything was perfect. 🤩

We would like to thank Mr. Arif for his interest in the approach style. It was our first vacation with my boyfriend, it was an extremely peaceful, quiet place. We didn't see any problems with the hygiene, it was as clean as it could be. We could reach Mr. Arif whenever we wanted to reach him, and even he was at our door within 2 minutes when we needed it:) Thank you for everything, when we want peace away from the city, it will always stay in a corner of our minds.
