A great apartment to spend your vacation in the town of Kaş. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a week there and would happily come back again. We had amazing dinners on the balcony with a breathtaking sunset view. The host was very kind. I can definitely recommend this place! One important point that could affect your trip — this apartment, like many others in the area, is located on a hill. It might be difficult for elderly people or those with excess weight to reach this location from the town center. But if you’re up for it, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning view from your apartment.

Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

An absolute gem! A gorgeous 3 bed apartment in a fabulous location, very close to Kalkan town centre. Facilities were amazing as was the pool. Hikmet was extremely welcoming and on hand to answer any queries. We will be back!

Mr. Abdullah took care of us, the location of the house was far from the center, but it was not a problem for us, because the center of Kaş was both very hot and very busy, everything about the house was very nice, the pool was clean, the only problem was that the grocery store, bakery, etc. walking distance was far away. Apart from that, we had a very nice time, thank you for everything.

I would like to thank them very much for providing a very quiet and peaceful rest. It is a beautiful neighborhood where the surrounding buildings with friendly cats are made up of respectable families. It is a little far from the center of Kaş, but every 20 minutes a dolmus passes very close to the house.

Our host could not have been more helpful. He recommended a taxi firm for our transfer and arranged for the driver to have the apartment key to let us in when we arrived. As we arrived late this took all the stress away. He also provided lots of recommendations and was flexible with our checkout. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a few minutes from the action at the top of the main street and a wonderful view from the terrace which is a great size. Kalkan is on a hill so a good workout to get home, but worth it. The apartment itself is a great size and suited us perfectly. Just used the pool once as spent most of the time at beach clubs, but it was great to have the option. I would absolutely recommend Levent's place!

Mr. Talat is very friendly. Even though we arrived a little early, we checked into our immaculate home. The location of the house was great for my expectations. The most ideal location as Kalkan is already in the middle to visit the natural wonders around. It is even close to Ölüdeniz. Which I think you can enjoy snake roads at high altitudes by listening to the maps on the way, but I recommend choosing your own easy route when you return. Two neighborhood dogs will keep you company when you walk on the street, one of which is grizzly, one white (spotted on the back), you don't have to be afraid of them, extremely friendly dogs on the contrary. Very nice accommodation close to everywhere if you are going by car. Very close to Kaputas Beach, the natural wonder, and Patara Beach. In addition, a peaceful stay between the natural neighborhood of the region. A clean and pleasant accommodation offered by a beautiful family, which I can recommend for those who want to go anywhere by car, as long as you don't want to leave the house in the evening and take a walk.

great view, convenient location for mid-long stay

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

Fatih's venue is about 5km from central Kaş and therfore very quiet and relaxed. It's a strong family area with many locals calling it home (fun kids in the street). Fatih mother, Anna was an angel that brought us fruit and baked goods - very kind. Kaş is a very hilly town so our lives were made easier that we had a rental car - walking could be tough. We loved our stay and thank you for your hospitality.

During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. first of all, we would like to thank Ms. Meryem. The house was spotless. My wife's fine line smelled very nice. It was like in the photos. The only flaw is a little on the hill and in the countryside, so it can be difficult. It is not far from the center, but you can have difficulty because there are rolling roads. There were many markets around the house. We did not have any problems. The house was quite sufficient. The house was quite enough. It was a great comfort to have a bathroom and toilet in both bedrooms. We even had a nice stay for 4 people. There was even salt and coffee liquid. We were also visited by the pig family at night. The 😄 view was amazing. We had a good time as the family was satisfied. We tried to leave the house as we found it when we left.

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

Everything was great. This is a great place to spend time with your family. Everything is clean and cozy. The jacuzzi is just great. Sleeping on the beds is a pleasure. I had a great sleep. The kitchen has everything you need. A bit far from the center, but if you're driving, it's not a problem. I recommend this place. It's great.

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

Mr. Ünal helped us during our stay and he was very warm. Also, I felt like I was at home, it was a great pleasure to be able to use both the pool and jacuzzi of the house at this price, we were very satisfied and I recommend it to those who will come for the price and the facilities it provides, they can choose this place without thinking.

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Alper's place in Kalkan. The apartment with two bedrooms, a lovely terrace, and a rooftop pool exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with kitchen essentials, had great ventilation, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a barbecue, which was a great bonus! It's a very cozy place that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended!
