The regular bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well

Surrounded by bush reserve on 2 boundaries, a very peaceful spot. (Bush walks start from our boundary) The exception to the peace is the morning chorus of birds which are plentiful. Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
