Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Chang Thai Villa Check in was prompt and the team were very helpful. Closest shop is around a 10 minute walk or 3 minute grab taxi Nice food place nearby and coffee shops House was very clean, modern and exactly what we wanted from our Phuket stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was simply perfect: quiet, cozy, with a well-thought-out interior and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. The best holiday!! The beach house was beautiful.. right on the beach. One can walk the beach side and go to numerous beach clubs, eateries etc. The decor was tasteful, the rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Though the beach house is part of the restaurant, there was no sound. The service was great - very fast and Maxime was very proactive and helpful with all our requests. We have been to Phuket many times and I can say this one was the best stay. Our hangout place was the table outside- for breakfast, play games, watch sunsets and hang out till late in the night. Good way to cure the JetLag from a long flight! It's about 30min with a scooter to Phuket Town. so a bit far but chill location

Great villa and was exactly what I was looking for. Communication prior to me booking was amazing and made me feel very comfortable booking the villa with all my questions answered before booking. Arrived at villa and had no issues with the property itself and was a fantastic stay. Will definetely be going back for my next trip to phuket!

We loved the beautiful views and spacious layout. The water, fruit and breakfast items provided were a nice touch. While the space had a bit of wear and tear it did not detract from a beautiful stay. Note that the electricity fees must be paid in cash. I recommend a stop to the ATM before checkout. Great stay!

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Great place to stay, Amazing space and Pool.. Very safe and secure. A Sandwich machine added to the kitchen would have made this place A 11 out of 10.. For now a 10/10. Amazing Air bnb

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

We absolutely loved the house. Plenty of space. The villa is hugh. Every room had a unique design! Daily housekeeping services. We enjoyed both pools! Jacuzzi was amazing in the back room. Will definitely need a car or taxi to visit tours or attractions but it’s worth the drive. Plus drivers were cheap using Grab App. I will definitely return to the beautiful villa.
