Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was simply perfect: quiet, cozy, with a well-thought-out interior and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Gorgeous villa we stayed with a family of 5 and it accommodated everyone just fine. we loved that every room and bathroom has a view. the master was stunning with panoramic glass surroundings and an outdoor bath. The AC was so powerful and could cool down the place in a matter of minutes. Aside from the obvious beauty of the villa, the cleaners did an incredible job of making sure we got new towels sheets and essentials daily. Check in was very easy and seamless. and the hosts are accommodating and proactive. I would highly reccomend it here we all loved it and are glad we chose it for our stay in Phuket.
