Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

For those who love swimming, there is the opportunity to take a dip at the rocks, a short walk from the house. Experience an unforgettable stay and reconnect with nature. Welcome to your next adventure at Vänern's beach! One double bed (160 cm wide) and one extra bed are available. Please note the water heater is for a smaller household.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Welcome to Lyckänga and Värmland countryside. We rent out our small cottage, located on the plot next to our residential building. A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!
