Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Denna rymliga lägenhet är belägen på våning två i ett tvåfamiljhus i centrala Karlstad. För den badsugne finns Klarälven och Sundstatjärn bara stenkast bort. Torget finns 10minuters promenad efter älven och på vägen passeras Värmlands museum och Sandgrund Lars Lerin. Följer ni Klarälven åt andra hållet nås ishallen och travet på 15minuter. Busshållsplats finns på några minuters avstånd och mataffärer knappt 10min promenad bort och på väg dit går man också förbi Sundsta Bad- och idrottshus

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Relax in this popular and unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. This is the place for those who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. A unique accommodation, for 1-4 people, worth visiting during all seasons. During the cold season, there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, jig fishing and ice skating.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
