Vacation rentals with beach access in Karlstad

Great accommodation with everything you needed for a couple of days stay. Clear instructions, easy to find and smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

The apartment in Kees and Johanne's house looks exactly as the pictures promise. The hosts are reserved but very friendly and helpful. Johanne has designed a wonderful garden where the bees buzz, flowers and apple trees smell. The terrace is shared and there are other rentals. If you want to retreat, you can grab the table and chairs and walk, for example, into the back or front part of the garden. Östenas, where the house is located, is located about 50 km north of Karstadt and thus on the one hand offers a good nature experience on shorter hiking trails (up to 6 km) or long walks on country roads where hardly anyone meets you. If you want to swim, you can do so in the nearby lakes, about a 15-minute walk - I recommend swimming shoes, as the underground is very stone. A car is definitely recommended. If we vacation in Värmland again, it will definitely be with Kees and Johanne.

We spent three days exploring Karlstad and its beautiful surroundings, and Linda’s place was the perfect base for our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully equipped — from the large, incredibly comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen with a dining table and a lovely view. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the city center and several supermarkets, and having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge plus. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is walking distance to Karlstad’s center. There is a nice walking path along the river that leads right downtown. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and our hosts were very accommodating

The residence is quietly surrounded by nature. You get a lot of facilities to make it your home. We only lacked a living room. It was all well taken care of and tidy on arrival except for a few light dust spots. Very pleasant, especially for our transit Travel. Thank you Linnea & Johan!

Honorine and Gustav welcomed us very openly and warmly on their beautiful and idyllic estate, so that we immediately felt very comfortable and well informed. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures (directly on the lake), was equipped with everything (and much more) and everything in the house worked perfectly. There was also the possibility of rowing on the lake with the in-house boat. We had a wonderful time in Årnäs and highly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful luxury vacation home in a beautiful area. A minute's walk from a beautiful beach and in the middle of the woods. The host came to meet us, which was experienced as very pleasant. Very helpful and considerate. We can recommend this place/accommodation to anyone.

Lovely cottage. Located on a quiet road and by a lake. Everything was present! And the beds are very comfortable. The shower was also wonderful. Fun activities to do nearby. And don't be afraid of the train track. You won't be bothered by this!

Lukáš: More than a month stay. It has got everything you need for daily life. Beautiful countryside, forests and fields that lives the animal life. Great & welcoming hosts, always available to provide helping hand if needed. Jožin: Nice, clean, calm accommodation, fully equipped kitchen and multiple bedrooms that makes it perfect for family or group stays. Elsa, the owner, is super friendly available couple hundreds meters in case you need anything. Vojtěch: Norrgården was absolutely fantastic. The location is excellent for those, who enjoy the beauty and peace of nature. Definitely 10/10 for its equipment, cleanliness and additional nice benefits (e.g, built-in sauna but not limited to). Dominik: Pretty & cozy place, great atmosphere in middle of woods. Elsa is an amazing very kind host with big heart. Hospitable and pleasant hosts. Good communication. Cozy house in quiet surroundings along the Gøta Canal bike route. Took the opportunity to look at the properties' jetty. Incredibly great place. Recommended.

Really a home and a view that immediately creates a lot of enthusiasm. The space, the tranquility, beautiful house and really beautiful views, make it an ideal vacation spot! In addition, if you love nature, you will be fully satisfied. Nice to be able to use the canoes! It was a top week at a top location.

We spent 9 days at Patrik's house. A wonderful place, modernly furnished and yet cozy like home. Large kitchen with plenty of equipment, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. We had wonderful weather and were able to make good use of the terrace and the seats by the fireplace in the evening. The location by the forest and the lake is unique and the tranquility there is pleasant. The house was our most beautiful AirBnB - so far.
