Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located at the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The comfortably furnished apartment on the upper floor of our two-family house has its own entrance, a wide view of the Kraichgau hills, and a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The house is powered by solar power and biogas for heating.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The property is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.

Our small, listed half-timbered house was built in 1747 and is located in the beautiful Murgtal and just a few minutes' drive from Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe and Alsace. Right from the front door, there are beautiful hiking opportunities with fantastic viewpoints. Here you can recharge your batteries. The spa town of Baden-Baden attracts with its unforgettable charm and extraordinary experiences such as the legendary casino.

"La Cabane des Biquettes" HOT TUB

Come and recharge your batteries in our perched cabin (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) with views of our miniature goats, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case)😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

My apartment has a separate entrance with independent access through check-in/out (key box). It consists of a cozy bedroom, living room with small kitchenette, bathroom with toilet. Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
