The holiday home is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. The train station for the direct path to the island of Usedom, to Greifswald or Stralsund is a 10 minute walk away. You can also get to the desired places quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.

Vor zehn Jahren haben wir uns in das Haus verliebt, es gekauft und saniert.
Dabei entstanden für Gäste 2 Ferienapartments.
Der Saal des Kulturhauses wird als Atelier genutzt.
Auch als Kulturstätte lebt das Haus, neben einem regelmässigen Mal- und Zeichenkurs, gibt es Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Lesungen, Workshops und Feste.
