There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find 'Fresh Choice' supermarket, and several takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin International Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There are books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.
