The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Perfect place to stay my favourite place I have stayed the view from the bed room was perfect. The location was perfect everything was at hand. Ozan was very helpful and responded to my question quickly. Honestly the perfect apartment to stay at will definitely book again.

I must say that I was very satisfied with my accommodation! The room with a very clean and spacious kitchen, the kitchen well stocked for cooking without problems! Impeccable, clean and comfortable bathroom. The most important thing is communication with Gencay and the staff, their kindness exceeds all limits. They always ask if you need anything and always respond if you have any requests. I will definitely be back and recommend it to my relatives as well! Change of sheets and towels, apartment cleaning every two days. I have nothing more to say! Perfect Thank you so much, Gencay family. ❤️

We really liked the location of the apartment - close to Galataport, Taksim, and major transport connections. The stairs weren’t a problem for us at all. Harun sent clear instructions in advance and was always available to answer any questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Thank you, Harun! Absolutely recommended for a short stay!

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

We had the opportunity to stay for a short time. With Mr. Fatih, a peaceful, quality neighborhood , extremely safe and helpful host, where you will feel at home. It will be our first choice for our next business trip.

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Although I saw the comments, I didn't care much about the school being next to it, but if you're staying during school hours, the noise is loud enough to wake you up. The lack of an elevator is also a negative feature. But everything is as in the pictures, the bed is comfortable and clean, and it's a quiet area outside of school hours. Overall, I can give 4.8/5

Mr. Murat was a very nice hostess. She was friendly,kind, and welcoming. He also gave advice about the island. Great location in a central location. We received a clean home and had tools and equipment to meet all our needs. The garden was very well maintained and enjoyable. Obviously everything was perfect. Thank you to Mr. Murat for this beautiful holiday opportunity.

The location of the house is very good, the interior is clean and the host responded to our questions as soon as possible.

We had no problems communicating with the host. The location of the house was a little problem at first, but then we got used to it. Definitely worth the 2 days we spent 👍🏼

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
